Same. I just figured it out. I'm shocked. Though sometimes I enjoy cover much more than the original, in this case not at all. This man was ahead of his time with this one

For no good reason I woke up with this song playing in my Head 😂... It's June 3 2020🎶🎼🎶🙌👌🎶 seems I journey back in time while asleep last night, this song was released 30 years ago, I was 15 years old then 🙌👌💞🙏

I only just realized Eternal's version wasn't the original.

You have got to be kidding!! Just searched the eternal version and listened to it. Doesn't even come remotely close to this one. Im guessing age is a factor in our preferences. This is 2021 and I'm 51. Go Team Glen!😁

Agreed, I'm 47yo (b1975). This original is the better composition. I prefer the instruments, how Glenn's glorious voice blends with the full bass, the arrangement here. The feeling of compactness in the sound captures for me, the sense that his romantic world, is about to implode
