I was watching the film Once. And for the life of me I couldn't figured out why your voice made me soo sad and I couldn't figure where I had heard you from because I had never heard your music at all and it wasn't until I watched the the memorial for David outside of his apartment and then it hit me - it was you singing, in the cold, while mourning David Bowie. Now that I know, and where I'm at, I think it's just amazing how it clicked like that. and I just thought that I should tell you that. and your music, makes my heart ache because your voice is beautiful. I hope you see this post one day.

First time I heard Glen I was at Paradiso in Amsterdam, on a spare ticket from friends and after 3 songs I was overwhelmed, Seen Bowie but this is a tribute which is, lost for words to be honest. Magnificent.

If there was any flaw in Bowie’s version it was in the New Romantic era synth heavy instrumentation which contrasted with the edgy lyrics of a man struggling with addiction. Here in this bare arrangement that rawness comes through. Thank you.
