Hes a respected musician in ireland. His band the frames were a staple. He also played outspan in the commitments. Most recently he went viral with the music from shane mcgowans funeral. His version of fairytale of new york with lisa o'neill was as good as the original

I had known glenn back when he had won that award. He told me He was chosen to win that award a year in advance..its all scripted..ie fake..

"But" is an "adversative conjunction". It introduces opposition. How about using the additive conjunction "and" instead? Art is infinity, timeless. Aging is grace too, impermanence the only permanence.

Lovely - Markéta is more beautiful, radiant as she gets a bit older. Yeah, lovely they still perform together.

I remember going to see "Once" with an old boyfriend in NYC in 2007--he'd read about it somewhere and thought it sounded like a movie i'd like. I bought all 3 copies from my local Blockbuster that Christmas, giving them to my best friends so we'd all know the words to sing together. :) I went on to see Hansard & Irglova 4 times (New Orleans and New York) but never dreamed a reunion might happen, but this made my soul soar... hearing people singing along who know and remember is especially magical. Thank you for sharing your gifts with the world

How fabulous to hear and see them sing this song together after all these years. I saw the film and the stage show in London. The stage show of once is still my favourite live theatre show. amazing stuff.
