The slushie confetti and spraying each other with sparkling cider were some of the most bittersweet moments in the whole song, knowing that they were never going to be like that again. The other moments that were just as sweet were Kurt being accepted by the Jocks and Rachel by the Cheerios.

Besides all of the scenes, everyone having their happy ending, Rachel's autograph moment(2:22-2:32) hit me so hard, her face when she realised that someone was happy because of her is priceless, that's one of the few moments that I think that everyone can agree that deep inside she was a good person

Rachel’s look getting asked to sign the yearbook was probably one of my favorite moments for her.

THIS is how you give your characters a win. Glee had a lot of questionable plot decisions even for its absurdist story telling, but this is a wonderful example of giving your characters a satisfying moment of happiness. After so much struggle, with low expectations, and cutting through that with simply breaking the norm they've come to know.

Cory, Naya, Mark. Keep an eye out for each other. Rest In Peace ❤️

I always felt like Glee should have ended after this, but after rewatching the show I actually enjoy the other seasons.
