The character of Rory had a lot of potential and Damian's talent was underutilized. I think this was true for a lot of the actors on the show.

I loved, Rory. He honestly was one of my favorite characters. Damian, brought one of the smoothest voices to, Glee. I was bummed he left after season three.

The line when the students tell him to "Go Back to Mexico." As a Mexican-American, I lose it every time haha the ridiculousness of it. Comedy gold!

It’s been awhile since I’ve heard about Damian. I did watch the Glee project and routed for him a lot. I did love the Rory character and sad to see him go after Season 3. Guess he’s living a very quiet life now, still performing though as a part of Celtic Thunder as he does have quite a nice voice

His talent was wasted on Glee. The writers had no idea what to do with his character.

Wow he's still so cute.

People grow and change. We just saw Lea Michelle on Broadway, she was meant for that part. The chemistry with her cast is noticeable. She and her male lead seemed to purposefully try to make each other laugh, and it worked it was really funny when they broke character. Hoping all can forgive and move on. Glee was/is one of our favorite shows, the talent by all was phenomenal.

Ok? She still traumatized enough people that many of them actually quit show business. Just because she gets along with people now as a way to redeem herself following being exposed by cast members from every single project that she was invited with doesn’t mean that her actions should just be swept away.

He has to be. He knows if he says one wrong thing it will be exploded into a story that bares little resemblance to what he said happened.

When he was on Glee Project I was rooting for him cause he as a personality and as an actor brings so many potential for exciting storylines. Unfortunately, once he was on Glee, it seems they almost reduced him on being an Irish cliche. I still loved Rory, but it was such a wasted potential.

It’s unfortunate that he was mostly reduced to a background character. And is then deported off screen.

You can tell he’s trying to be respectful by making excuses for the unprofessional rest of the cast and telling how he had a great experience with Lea as the rest of the professional cast and guest members can attest, different from the spoiled bickering cast who thought they were really in school, poor things no doubt they’re not relevant anymore, bless them

Damian's storyline was completely the fault of the writers. He is such a talented, sweet and respectful guy that I believe he absolutely deserved that win, but the writers did him dirty with his role and story on the show.

We have all worked with and around dozens, if not hundreds of people. Have you gone out of your way to bond with every single person who worked for the same company? I doubt that you have.

Amber Riley came out a while ago and said Lea isn't a racist. And I'm pretty sure Amber wouldn't lie about that because she doesn't even like her and had no reason to lie about it. She acted like a diva and apparently didn't treat people well that she felt were beneath her regardless of race. Not excusing her for being a b*tch when she was younger, but continuing to circulate a false narrative about her being a racist is wrong. She clearly had behavioral issues on set, so I don't blame people for not liking her

She mistreated anyone so it wasn’t only people of colour that were targeted. In saying that, in reference to the comment above I’m not sure how important it is to distinguish that she’s not a “racist” as if you are either a. A non racist or b. A racist. Everybody has some prejudice and internalised racism but Lea time and time again has expressed micro aggressions, so just because she’s horrible to white people as well, I don’t really think it means she’s *not* racist.

She allegedly called extras on set cockroaches and made fun of an actress costume. Of course she wasn’t going to be mean to everyone but from his statement he’s saying she was under a lot of pressure so we should give her a pass for being terrible. That’s a very pretentious take.
