This scene is one of the most iconic of the entire series. Do you remember when you met the love of your life for the first time? It's exactly about that. Kurt initially trying to go unnoticed on the stairs, wearing sunglasses, Blaine's kindness in answering Kurt's question, Kurt being weirded out by the fact that a handsome guy held his hand in front of everyone... they running hand in hand. When I saw this scene for the first time I cried, and every time I see it I cry again! We've all been a little bit Kurt, waiting for our Blaine to arrive s2

I love that this song is one of the only examples on the show of what an actual A Capella group would sound like and the way the backing vocals harmonize is magical. I think it might actually prefer this over the original.

The a capella version used here was arranged by a great group called The Beelezbubs. Check them out, they were on The Sing-Off which was an a capella singing competition. Sadly they didn't win but they should have.

Blaine really has that "starry-eyed" quality to his character

this was one of the most iconic moments on the show. i remember when this episode aired and the cover went viral.

The song choice was perfect. Kurt being guided through a utopian mirror of his hellish high school by a handsome boy who immediately shows he’s not afraid of touch and intimacy? It’s literally Kurt’s teenage dream.

I could watch this all day. Imagine being Kurt, after being bullied he is now in this far more accepting environment, with one of the best looking guys alive singing this to him. It’s like that nostalgic fantasy most of us had in high school and it’s beautiful.

When I watched this episode, I thought it was the moment that Kurt fell in love with Blaine but I think it’s actually the moment where Kurt realizes he can sing traditionally girl songs here and not be judged or told that he can’t because he’s a boy and probably the moment he falls for Blaine

Darren is damn talented. After this I had a feeling he would thrive after Glee & win some awards. And the range when seasons later he sings it solo playing the piano. Bravo sir.

I love this one. Especially when he grabs Kurt's hand and Leeds him to the commons. Then proceeds to take the lead vocals in this awesome acapella version of Teenage Dream. 👍😉😎
