So about 2 months later this video got taken down. Ep 8’s scene was Puck’s montage but I’ve had to take it out! This was honestly just the scene that stuck the most on watching. Some of this is purely comedic (1x06, 1x07, 1x08, etc.) some are emotional (1x12, 1x03, 1x04, etc.) some balance the two well (1x01, 1x02, etc.) but I’d love to hear what you guys thought in the comments. Bia Carvalho I honestly think Puck and Quinn where the best two characters of the first 13 episodes. It’s a shame they really disappear during the backend of the season until it’s time for Quinn to give birth

@@MegTalksGlee Yeah, and throughout the entire show, mostly Quinn, just disappeares and her story fades away. I don't exactly know what went down but it's very very sad that we didn't watch her grow properly.

"Can I pee first" truly is the most iconic line in the entire show

When Quinn gets thrown out that scene makes me cry

Only thing I would change is 1x06 to the scene where Will and Terri are eating dinner and Terri says "A lot of ants on the sidewalk today..." and Will replies "Pretty late in the season for that..." Peak of Glee

Jessalyn doesn't get much recognition for her performance as Terri, mostly due to Ryan barely using her after episode 13 (while she remained part of the Main Cast during the first 44 episodes), which always made me sad as pre-S2 they promised on interviewa, more material for the character, a rendempton arc and even songs to sing (and we got none). So it makes me very surprised and happy to see her on this list, on 2 scenes! Her and Matthew's acting on 1x12 are some of the best acting this show had in it's 121 episode run. The shock, fear, hurt and sadness is so palpable. Everytime I'm rewatching it I get chills. Liked the choices overall, don't remember every scene from every episode because I've done my only Glee rewatch pre-final 5 episodes of S6, so 2015, but I can say I 100% agree with the ones that had to do with Quinn or Quinn/Puck. Also Kurt coming out to Kurt 100% yes. For 1x04 I would say to me Kurt/Burt talk is the best, and honestly most episodes with the two of them sharing a scene, that scene is probably my favorite non-singing scene on the episode. Burt best dad best character.

Fontes I totally agree Jessalyn is very underrated and whilst it did make no sense to keep Terri around after season 2 the show was missing Jessalyn a lot. She did carry 1x06 in my opinion and I’m always dying of laughter at the scene I chose for that episode because of her

Agree, was watching some S1 reactions that reminded me she had very good comedy parts on the show. She's fantastic on every 1x06 scene. I would have love to have more serious scenes with her tho. Like, Emma's OCD was used for comedy most of the time initially, until they gave Jayma some serious material with that plot with Emma going to therapy. I would've love to see the same for Terri as I do think she mentioned she was on anti-depresives.

This is my personal opinion and I respect Meg’s and everyone’s 1) agree 2) agree 3) agree 4) agree 5) agree 6) disagree. For me it’s Finn on drugs with the ND boys 7) disagree. The opening voice over was too funny 8) disagree. when Puck Matt and Mike rejoin ND 9) agree 10) agree 11) disagree. Rachel asking out Finn 12) AGREE 13) disagree. When Finn confronts Quinn and Puck about the baby.

so many iconic scenes, will finding out has to be some of my favorite acting in the show, and it solidified will as one of my favorites. although I think I would prefer the locker scene with will and finn talking for episode 13 over the green room.

I've gotta say that the scene in ep 13 really pissed me off how mercedes just let rachel sing, i mean is obvious that mercedes could pull another song she knew off the hat and KILL it. But is always the rachel berry show...

The musical’s first performance was in 2010, so they could have done it in season 2 or 3, Puck and Rachel basically never spoke again in the show after that.

Season Quinn had such a beautiful and great arc and it pisses me off how the writers just ruined her in the two next seasons and reversed her development. S1 Quinn will always be my favourite character.

Is hard for me to think of a bad scene in the pilot, the pilot was perfect

Disagree with Episode 13, the my life Would suck without you performance scene was my favourite. The choreography was a summary of the first half of the season and showed new directions progress, , one of my favourite songs, plot progression with will+Emma’s & it was a great representation of the bond formed between will and the students.

I think these scenes don't include song performances, as those are for a video of their own.

Throwdown would've been a great episode if wasn't for Will saying "you're all minorities..." i'm not gonna say the rest because we all remember that infamous line. I think the best scene of Wheels is Puck giving the money of the bake sale to Quinn, that's one my favourite scenes in the show. Sue's tantrums were so tamed back then. For Mash-up i think it's Puck and Rachel's talk in the bleachers

burt reminds me so much of my own dad, both in looks and personality. any scene with him makes me sob 🥺🥺

Like the list but I feel the performance scenes were left out despite some having significant impact on the story. For example the final scene in the first episode. Not only did it give the show it’s iconic song, it also added so much character development and foreboding for what was ahead. Finn becoming a leader, tension between Finn/puck, the unholy trinity Spying for sue and Will choosing passion over money were all foreshadowed in this scene. IMO is the most enjoyable scene in the episode and also adds the most in regards to plot foreshadowing and character progression despite its little dialogue.
