Gorgeous pots!! The scrafito is soo amazing!! Please do a video on your scrafitto! On your top shelf are you making sure there are a few elements above the shelf? Sometimes we try and cram too much in so we add another shelf and put flat pieces on there and there aren’t enough elements to heat up the top. Just so you know. Glaze is not what keeps things from leaking or being food safe. When we fire the pots to the top temperature it’s supposed to be fired to, it vitrifies the clay. Meaning it makes the clay not absorb any moisture. Just fyi. I love the pop of color. I use manganese wash and iron wash and they look so beautiful! Kiln openings are what I love for! Lol.

Personally I love a kiln opening!
