Mani's one of the funniest characters around in music. Proper geezer!!

i got to meet these 2 after their show in 2000 in Dallas Texas. I got to hug Mani and thank him for the Roses. Bobby was really cool and down to earth. Friendly. I tell you, there is nothing like Primal Scream in a 1000 person venue. that sh*t was loud and for real!

Dear God, those presenters are so nervous!! Absolutelty fucking brilliant. Whenever I want to introduce someone to the Scream, I show them this, not many of their amazing tunes.

Mani, absolute geeza. Met him in the summer at a Scream gig, he just came out front of the stage for a smoke. I was off to grab a beer, everyone else was walking past him which is crazy! But went up, said alright mate, he shook me hand and we started having a chat about the roses and that, nabbed a photo, and then during the gig was down the front, he spotted me and me mate, pointed us out and gave us a thumbs up and smile, nicest bloke in the world!

I've seen mani like that lots of places random nights/ random towns. Such a social animal fact he'd probs be the first to recognise and approach some punter he encountered before, serious down to earth lad on the scene.

Whats wrong with liking the music but not liking Bobby? I like Bobby and the music but there is nothing wrong with not liking both. I know loads of peolpe who hate Liam Gallagher but love Oasis.

pretentious? dyou know what that word means mate, coz i dont really know how anyone can see anything pretentious in their behaviour. you need to expand your vocabulary mate, descriptions lacking of appropriate words.

It's a shame they played a shite set and baited the crowd with nazi salutes and insults.They said they were punk rock and then release an album that sounds like 70's Stones again. Shame coz when they're on form they rock
