Liked the Kelo Glass Igloo the best. Best of both accommodations. The glass igloo tower was also really cool and different! Great to see you release this video as you were there a while ago.

Thank you!! There are lots of glass igloos in that part of the world but the glass igloo tower is definitely something unique

im seriously thinking about flying across the world and staying there

We've been to Kakslauttanen twice a few years ago. 2017 and 2018. First trip was in October 2017. Although the Northern Lights could be seen during this month, we had gone during the Laplands first snow storm of the year and didn't get to see the Northern Lights so we decided to head back in March 2018 and were fortunate to see the Northern Lights every night we stayed at the resort. Definitely an amazing experience; hence why I'm watching YT videos on the resort right now lmfao. Kelo Glass Igloo is the way to go. A bit more pricey but worth it. Back when we went they didn't have the Aurora alarm or WiFi in the rooms; was definitely a bit more tricky as we had to stay up all night and even walk around the resort to be able to find the Northern Lights. Great video btw Mike!!

Hi,Mike Thank you for your interesting video. May I know when is the warmest period & months to watch the Aurora? which month will guarantee of seeing Aurora Is there any travel agent or have to book direct with the resort? Where is the nearest of airport? Thank you.

Sadly, the Aurora Alarm failed when we stayed here and we missed the northern lights.

I wonder if that "hospital" bed might come in super handy when the sky is lit up at night...
