You could always just tape it all around and not use glue,a little flimsy but it would still hold. Thank you Helen.

I made one of these about a year ago with a different glue I used plastic hinges and and crystal knobs with a plastic base and they were compromised about 2 weeks ago. Do you think E6000 will hold the plastic to the glass. Thanks in advance🙏🏽

Hello. The box is pretty strong. The only thing is that the Dollar Tree glass frames are a bit flimsy. One of my boxes broke (I did have on the floor at the time). But I still have the other one intact. You could fit a lot inside and it holds up great. Just as long as you are a little careful. 😊❤️

I watched this video last week,but just watched again,I just bought four of the rectangle frames yesterday ,but what other size frames to u need ,nice job btw and ty

Hi Marlene. You need at least 6 frames to make the simple shelf without doors. Use the 3 4x6 insert black frame. I haven't tried other frames (maybe i'll attempt to make one out of a different frames that is more readily available). Hope that helps. Thank you for watching.

Hi. No the middle shelf doesn’t need to be there. I left the clear tape on and it is very sturdy. (Just don’t accidentally bang it on a corner, like I did, because it will crack)😫. Thanks soo much for watching. 😊

I guess it depends on how big and heavy the bottles are. This shelf is pretty sturdy, If you make the one with lots of glass beads (holding the shelf). Make sure you use a strong glue. The thing you do have to worry about, is that the glass could crack (Dollar Tree frames are know to do that). To make the shelf stronger, you can add another piece of glass. I did have a crack on one of mine when I bumped it hard (I had it on floor, and was being shuffled around the room) I hope this helped. Thanks for watching.

You are right, I think the black table would have worked better. It's such a pain to video tape with glass because it reflects everything and makes it hard to see. Thank you soo much for your input and for watching.

Sorry the video is a bit too fast and unclear. I had to watch it again and I see what you meant. I was trying to make it short (since people say my videos are too long). Basically I start with 2 glass frames and connect them with clear tape. Bend it like a tent and put glue in edge then lay it flat to dry (this is the back piece). Take the back piece and flip it so the connection is horizontal and that is the guide to glue the clear gems on the side panels.( put the back piece aside for now) After you glue gems on the side panel and let it dry, place tape on one end. Take another glass panel (top) and place glue on the edge. Join the top panel and the side panel together. Use the clear tape that is protruding on the side panel to go around the top panel. Repeat process on the other side. Flip the case around and get another glass panel (bottom) and repeat the way you did the top panel. You should have a box. Place glue around the edge of the whole box and attach back piece. Use clear tape all around to secure and let it dry. Stand the glass case up and with another glass panel place in the middle (Shelf). Add 2 other panel in the front if you want doors. I hope this helps and sorry again. Thank you!

I really.like the project but this just.my opinion if u would have had a black background or table mate or something it Make the glass stand out more and could see more better
