Lyrics
Alright, come close
Let me show you everything I know
A jungle slang
Spinning round my head and I stare
While my naked fool
Fresh out of an icky, gooey womb
A woozy youth
Dopes up on her silky, smooth perfume
Right my little pooh bear, wanna take a chance?
Wanna sip the smooth air, kick it in the sand?
I’ll say I told you so but you just gonna cry
You just wanna know those peanut butter vibes
My, my simple sir, this ain't gonna work
Mind my wicked words and tipsy topsy slurs
I can’t take this place, no I can’t take this place
I just wanna go where I can get some space
Truth be told
I've been there, I've done this all before
I take your gloom
I curl it up and puff it into plumes
Right my little pooh bear, wanna take a chance?
Wanna sip the smooth air, kick it in the sand?
I’ll say I told you so but you just gonna cry
You just wanna know those peanut butter vibes
My, my simple sir, this ain't gonna work
Mind my wicked words and tipsy topsy slurs
I can’t take this place, no I can’t take this place
I just wanna go where I can get some space
Hold my hand and float back to the summer time
Tangled in the willows, now our tongues are tied
How can I believe you, how can I be nice?
Tripping round tree stumps in your summer smile
Right my little pooh bear, wanna take a chance?
Wanna sip the smooth air, kick it in the sand?
I’ll say I told you so but you just gonna cry
You just wanna know those peanut butter vibes
My, my simple sir, this ain't gonna work
Mind my wicked words and tipsy topsy slurs
I can’t take this place, no I can’t take this place
I just wanna go where I can get some space

The thing that I love about glass animals is that they are about to send you into a world where everything is wrong in a right way. Like heating water turns it into ice or that you can walk upside down in water, trees feel like fur and pillows feel like stone. It’s a twisted world but you want to know more about it and that’s the beauty of this band.

@@erickidwell4505 for some people when they start smoking it is very similar to a low dose of acid! when i was first starting smoking i used to get intensely realistic imaginations and be able to hear and visualize them incredibly vividly, like it was all right there in front of me once i’d shut my eyes. i remember talking to some of my friends about how when we first started smoking it was so crazy feeling versus now with a higher tolerance and we agreed it felt like if you got weak acid lol

i feel this, i loved zaba for a while but it really became my comfort album when i was in a place where i was feeling super lonely and i’d be smoking alone in my room. it would just elevate me and take me away from whatever i was going through in that moment, and i could visualize myself in the jungles and everything just feeling thick and wavy.. so hard to explain but you just sink into it all and it’s amazing

We play this song in our warmup lot as our drum line to stretch before marching band competitions in front of thousands of people in huge stadiums. And listening to this brings me back to every single moment and thought and adrenaline from being in band. This song is so good.
God if only I could listen to this like I did for the first time. Anytime I listen to any of their songs I always get goosebumps.

lyrics Alright, come close Let me show you everything I know A jungle slang Spinning round my head and I stare While my naked fool Fresh out of an icky, gooey womb A woozy youth Dopes up on her silky, smooth perfume Right my little pooh bear, wanna take a chance? Wanna sip the smooth air, kick it in the sand? I’ll say I told you so but you just gonna cry You just wanna know those peanut butter vibes My, my simple sir, this ain't gonna work Mind my wicked words and tipsy topsy slurs I can’t take this place, no I can’t take this place I just wanna go where I can get some space Truth be told I've been there, I've done this all before I take your gloom I curl it up and puff it into plumes Right my little pooh bear, wanna take a chance? Wanna sip the smooth air, kick it in the sand? I’ll say I told you so but you just gonna cry You just wanna know those peanut butter vibes My, my simple sir, this ain't gonna work Mind my wicked words and tipsy topsy slurs I can’t take this place, no I can’t take this place I just wanna go where I can get some space Hold my hand and float back to the summer time Tangled in the willows, now our tongues are tied How can I believe you, how can I be nice? Tripping round tree stumps in your summer smile Right my little pooh bear, wanna take a chance? Wanna sip the smooth air, kick it in the sand? I’ll say I told you so but you just gonna cry You just wanna know those peanut butter vibes My, my simple sir, this ain't gonna work Mind my wicked words and tipsy topsy slurs I can’t take this place, no I can’t take this place I just wanna go where I can get some space
