Been a ger since 1978, love the passion,first match v Motherwell away 1979, English Gers.

I’ve been to ibrox, was great atmosphere and it was only a friendly, me pals a rangers fan, going next season wiv him again, can’t wait, I was an away fan in the rangers end, but ma mates family and friends were all about us, he grassed me up when they asked “Who’s ur pal” got a bit of banter which is expected, but they were all very welcoming, asking did I like their stadium, and is that ur first team playing? By half time I had 3 offers to stay over at different pals houses and get bevvied up. They are the people !

not a fan of UK clubs trying to be ultras or European-type fans. I think it's awful. I don't think the orchestrated atmosphere is that good. people with megaphones and drums not watching the match and daft banners with cartoon characters smoking a joint looking extra scary and that. UK fans have a much better atmosphere because it's not orchestrated and absolutely no need for a bloke with a megaphone trying to get the fans up for it. and those marches to the ground man. it's not a good look. anyway.
