    Thank you for the video. I have a question. How best could I determine the number level with a patient. For example I have a patient who has eyes open, verbally confirms a/o 3, however is unable to meet my hand for a shake or grab a pen. I'm sorry if this is a silly question, I'm a student in a learning phase.

    A small but important correction, it 8 OR less, not less than 8 A GCS of 8 is definitely comatose
