Just because Judge Glanville served in the military is no excuse to disregard the law. As a JAG lawyer, an attorney and chief Judge Glanville of Fulton County, and as an officer of the court the judge was or should have known he was an under oath and obligated to uphold, defend and protect the Law.

this chick was removed as a judge midweek last week. glanville probably wasn't informed of the reason why until this weekend, and finding out another judge had been removed for what he just did himself probably had a big influence on his actions in court today.

You’re right because he knew the meeting was happening. But Bumpus said at time the judge would leave then come back then the prosecutor would leave at times. But like you said that doesn’t matter

yes it did. according to glanville, the judge is alleging that hearing this information was the thing that steel did wrong, and that didn't happen in his courtroom.

@@baddieqb9646 I read the transcript. I don't think another judge will find it was coercion, but I don't know enough about the law to say for sure. Lil woody's attorney told the prosecutors that testifying would get him killed- that granted the legal cover to hold the ex parte. And in the meeting it was clear that woody had absolutely no idea what was going on, so they explained the whole thing to him, but he's dumb so he still didn't get it.

Great video, wait until you read the ex-parte hearing transcript, they don’t make sense, like something’s missing. Bumpus was on with Lead Attorney yesterday, she didn’t want to say much until transcripts came out, except she suddenly doesn’t remember him saying he killed Nut!

You missed the sentence, "when it happens outside of the judges presence" - big difference here that you overlooked.

I watched her probate trial on judge Mcburney channel. Yo she was a hot mess during those hearings. Granted they was months apart. But it was like pulling teeth waiting for next hearings. Then at the end the panel never held a court hearing of the end result or their decision Oooh child she was sum’n else during that trial.. Her hearings are still up in Mcburney playlist.
