I used to teach customer service. So, I get that these last couple of years have been ‘trying’ to say the least. However, it behooves you to express a few scenarios for improvement in a nice or diplomatic way. I deliver any ‘not so good’ news first, end with good news. You could ‘suggest’ a temporary ‘menu’ with what they DO have, then one can focus. Each place you stay inform staff of any issues for them to address. You will be helping not only the establishment, but other travelers. We thank you coz you make a difference. Gah! I’m an animal lover and would want to feed all the dogs so I’d be broke lol. Also garlic is toxic to dogs. I LIVE FOR AND LOVE GARLIC!!! Poor doggos lol no food for you this time! Out of all the places you two have been this is one of my top 5! Gorgeous beach and finally S U N YAY!!! The turtles are DEFINITELY once in a lifetime experience you won’t forget! Can’t wait for the next place I’m having so much fun watching YOU have fun! Safe travels!🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️

I have been in Nacpan last 2013 and there were no commercial establishments and hotels and even houses near the beach. It was a hidden beach. It was a beach for the locals.

They have a FOREST WALK in there where you will be walking between mountain tops via small hanging bridges. It gives you an amazing view of the ocean, the forest and the town.

I can't say anything about the tricycle driver that offered you a price. I've never been there but I think it's quite expensive. but I also imagine maybe he offers that because he still needs to go back where he came from. Enjoy your trip !!! God bless you both... 🙏

The last time we went there it was February 2021. We went also to Nacpan beach and Lio beach and we pay 500 pesos each we are three. But that 500 pesos was for whole day already.
Before you leave Philippines, since you are there in El Nido, you might go to your last destination which is Coron, just a ferry from El Nido. Then in Coron, you can have direct flight to Manila. Coron is in top 3 destination in the Philippines. Coron might be beautiful than El Nido.

Glad you enjoyed here in the Philippines. But i think you should go to Vigan , Mount Pinatubo , Mayon volcano or Intramuros, Puerto Princesa Underground River, Taal volcano, Pagsanjan Falls, Siargao Island, Tubbataha Reefs, Apo reefs, Hinatuan Enchanted River, or Pangasinan on the next time you come back here in the Philippines. Again im so glad you enjoyed your visit here in the Philippines stay safe and happy journeys.
All is fair except for the trike fare hehe. The turtle experience is priceless! 😍

Absolutely love the tricycle. How far of a walk was it on the sand?? Absolutely love this tent and the ocean view. How could they not have a smoothie bowl for Adrianna. Dylon ran into the water and went swimming. Dog was hungry. Excited to see baby turtles. Breakfast looked yummy. Excellent from start to finish

The beach was SO LONG, like 5km but the stroll to our hotel wasn’t too long luckily! It was gorgeous 🥰🥰

All savory Filipino dish should be accompanied with rice. Ala carte dish usually comes without rice. You have to order rice on ala carte dish. For set meals, it comes with rice, your preferred protein, a side dish of veggies and sometimes with soup and fruit.

It is amazing how we in the west gets spoilt with low prices in the SE that when they started charging the actual right price (ie the running cost, driver, fuel, maintenance of the vehicle etc) we started thinking we might be over charged but is that reasonable when obviously they also have a life and that is their way to pay for their existence and their families. It's so easy to forget that. They are not invisible they also have to pay their way to exist. 45mins for under £20 that's a bargain. Considering in London that might be a 10mins drive somewhere you can walk. Your good. Take care.
