The quality of this interview makes me very proud to be Canadian. Jian is an incredibly intelligent interviewer and as such this interview highlights the fact that Adam Lambert is much more than people give him credit for. Aside from being an amazing singer/entertainer who is out and proud, Adam is a very complex, highly intelligent and articulate man with the ability to mesmerize an audience by his very presence. Such a talented, unique and compelling individual!

This guy Ghomeshi interviewed Adam Lambert 2 years ago. Check out the last 2 minutes of that interview (type QTV and Adam Lambert). They talk about QUEENrockband, Freddie Mercury and Justin Timberlake. Amazing full circle right now because Adam Lambert just completed a 6-show mini tour fronting that legendary band (3 shows in London, UK, the other 3 in Moscow, Kiev and Wroclaw and all to great reviews from everyone present, media and fans of both the band and Lambert. Such a genuine artist.

I could have watched another hour of this interview - you are a very good interviewer and Adam is such a great subject. The only thing I love more than listening to him talk is listening to him sing! And getting to see him do that LIVE is incredible - thankfully I'll see him twice this week as he is back from his triumph with Queen and promoting his new amazing music from Trespassing..

Can't understand anyone saying ADAM's music doesn't 'speak to them' ... I LOVE ADAM's music ... his vision ... his Voice & his lyrics ... they ALL 'speak' to me ... unlike some of the trash they play on the radio here in the US!! I can't listen ... it's all too horrible!! Why won't they play ADAM's songs ... we request them enough?? I really enjoyed this interview ... you could see the interviewer's reluctance to have it end ... me too!! tess4ADAM(LAMBERT Outlaw)

  • @edywwjd

I too am tired of having to talk about the Gay issue! Adam is a person, who happens to be gay, but who is THE BEST SINGER ARTIST today! Can't people just address THAT!! But I must say great interview, once you get past the Gay issue! I so agree with Adam..media always take an interview and HAVE to mention it in a GAY context! Music is UNIVERSAL people, get over it, have we forgot about Elton John and Freddie? Adam is NOT the 1st the first guy artist who has been gay! LOVE YOU ADAM FOR BEING YOU!!

To be fair though, this is all about the music - specifically the song that's about being gay. (Though yes, it's as tiring even years later that he's still being referred to as 'the openly gay', as much as it is when referred to as 'Americn Idol runner up'.)

Time to Celebrate Adams Phenomenal VOICE and full package talent...there is no one like him!! XOXO

I just LOVE you Adam unconditionally...your heart connects to mine and I appreciate your honesty and realness. I wish you would tell ALL the interviewers BEFORE they start to Stop talking about youir sexuality....it doesn't come up with ANY other artist why do they keep throwing this out like it's a negative thing. It is keeping you divided..creates division instead of inclusion. To spend so much time talking about the GAY issue it is ridiculous and I feel it divides you from mainstream..

PART 2: The Glamily Loves you to the core, but what I see from those who don't know you well yet,,,this "Gay" talk at every single interview or nrews report keeps you divided. All the iconic gay artists who have and had World Wide adulation, Love and acceptence from both genders,,,never discussed this all the time, keeping the MUSIC at the forefront~& thier music soared! I believe it's time for you Adam to make it ALL about your phenomenal talent and the music...exclusively. xoxo
