Memories are made with our loved ones, just like a beautifully book in the making & then simply pasted onto the next generation. But sadly memories can slowly die with age. I'm only in my early 50s and dementia is tragically taking away these delightful memories. So Please treasure them and please be understanding to those who is loosing them.

My brother sent me a photo of my family one Christmas. This song came to mind. "Scattered pictures of a smile we left behind". I'm sitting here with tears flowing down my face. My Dad used to sing along to this song. I can see all the faces of those no longer with me.
