Do you need to have received your graduate certificate when I apply? Cause I am doing my last semester and I’ll be getting my certificate later this October

This year you must have received ur certificate by july 31st 2024

I realise applications for most Universities are closed, so do we still apply for the scholarship and just use the University track without communicating with the school?

For the requirement concerning citizenship and parental relation is it alright to only submit your birth certificate if it clearly states your citizenship as well as your parents citizenship and their relationship with you?
