Hi just stumbled on your page and your braids are so beautiful, i want to try it out, but how did you hold the perm rods in place on your hair?
Hi do you use the custard first and then the gel? Does the gel help it to stay better?

I added custard first then a small amount of gel just for extra hold, but it shouldn’t matter which one you use first though since you’re mixing them together. I just wouldn’t use a whole lot of either product.
It’s a cute style but why didn’t you part the back as well?

Hey girl hey! Amazing video! Loved your mini braids and your makeup too! I looovvee doing mini braids lol definitely one of my favourite natural hair protective styles! What I do with my mini braids ends is that I Bantu knot/cocoon my ends! It’s such a game changer! Your ends will be tucked away nicely and will release a beautiful curl too!
