Giving Kringle Candle Another Try? Ordering Experience and CS Support Chat
I decided after maybe one year or so of a meh candle experience, from Kringle from both the regular line and one Country Candle, that I would give this company another chance. Well.... it didn't really go well. I had trouble placing my order and the customer service chat feature left me on read for hours. In conclusion, not every candle company is for everyone and I'm good not ordering. Too bad though I had a newsletter signup coupon to use, but I guess this just means more money for other candles lol.

I've had that before too with chat option where they take forever to finally get a response on there. Email is the only way I've been able to get a response in a timely manner usually within 24 hours and that's been great. But yeah don't offer a chat option if no one connects and greets you right away or at least gives you an estimated time that they will be with you. So frustrating!

Hi Lizzy. Yeah towards the end I was thinking this website feature isn't working. Would you like the code btw or know someone who might be interested? I have no clue if it works though or if it's tied to my account. & I figured I'll take your approach and buy only if I find them "in the wild".

Oh wow, that's absolutely ridiculous. I don't think I'll ever order from them if this is an example of their customer service.

I think email is the way to go about contacting CS. I can understand that they are small compared to BBW, Goose Creek, etc, but as a relatively newish customer it was more work to place an order than I was willing to put in. I'd probably purchase just if I ever see them in physical retail stores.
So frustrating!
