Being a single mom and having been homeless with a two year old son, warms my heart to see this clip. I used to take 6 buses a day in all sorts of weather to take my son to day care and back home. Finally moved across town to an apt that had mice. So, when I look at this mom and her adorable son, I almost have faith in mankind. thank Gd my son is a wonderful young family man with a kind and generous heart although he and his wife have numerous challenges. Am so happy when I am able thank Gd to help them. Happy and safe holidays everyone.

Good thing there is still good people in the word 🙂

There is helping people and getting scammed, and then there is just naive. Street smarts is not a bad thing. Again, I am glad for the child, but now he is filled with false hope that he will be back with his mother. She needs stable income as well. She needs to be clean, but how is she supposed to get clean if she doesn’t hit a rock bottom? They should have just stuck with getting the kid gifts.

Constantly looking out to make sure someone isn’t scamming you blinds you to the people who really needs and deserves help. Even drug addicts deserve help and hope. Once a friend sent her children's old clothes to my niece . They were so excited & happy you would have thought they were brand new. When children don't have a lot they can be extremely grateful. As a teacher I was talking to the guidance counselor. She told me about a new immigrant mother, her 5 year old son & their situation. I spoke to his teacher & My husband & I went shopping & wrapped a million Christmas gifts. When we bought them to her house to put under the tree, she broke down & cried. Welcome to the real America! Glad you are here!

I thought he was going to give her and her son and new home to live in, but it was super sweet of him to get all them presents for them. just thought i was going to see them getting a new home and didn't.
