Congrats. A fun hobby to have. Looks like a nice shady spot for them. They'll do well there. I'd put a few bricks or concrete blocks under them to keep water and dirt off the wood. 👍

quick tidbit about the water.. it doesnt have to be absolutely crystal clean, they actually like dirty, mucky water. something about the minerals getting into the water from dirt they like.

Agreed, I have a clean water in a bird bath and then a 250mm pot of potting mix sitting in a bucket of water so it is soaking wet. They smash the potting mix, land on that putting their tongues into the soil. Really funny to watch.
