I am aways surprised at how you make grey look like color. It just looks like this perfect white while using a lot of different colors, shades and tones and hues that work together to bring out the interesting features and functions. I love the historic performance photos. I don't usually like Art Deco, but you found a piece that added so much glamour without it looking kind of kitsch. As usual you made it just right. I love this show!
Spectacular Elegant remodel‼️ L💜VE, L💜VE, L💜VE, 👍🏼⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
O!...the energy this project bore!...they are beautiful!
Sandra Westley uk, wow just wow, what a difference, it’s so good.
Fabulous and with the carpet and furniture probably a quieter cozier space.
I would have kept the original floor and have worked with lux area rugs but beside that I like the mix of old and new

I like that idea, too, but area rugs in a hotel bedroom are probably an insurance no-no...

Not as easy to clean or replace if spotted. It's more efficient for a public space over a rug.
Elegant and inviting! Bravo.
Loved this!!! It all worked well together. It became a place where you'd want to hold your events; intimate or big and splashy! Thank you guys!
Excellent Design.
What you have done with this room is amazing. It just reaches out and bring you in and makes you feel comfortable immediately yet so sophisticated.
That fluted metal finish could probably have been made in wood and the metal finish achieved with a paint technique. I've done a very similiar finish on wood and it definitely works. Maybe something to remember for a future project ☺️
Fantastic! I don't know why they couldn't block off certain dates for the renovation. But what a great look!!!!
BEST YET!!!!!
Sarah and her team are brilliant! I love every space they've done! Can't wait to see more!
💕 another gorgeous design

One of my favorite videos!! You guys are FABULOUS!!!
From drab to fab!!!!!!!
Another awesome design! Totally love it! Love watching these videos and Tommy and Sarah have such a great relationship! I love that Sarah has such a great attitude and can have fun & at the same time maintaining her professionalism!
Wow! How gorgeous! Now turn Sarah and her team loose on the other space! Fabulous! ~Cassandra Senter
Wow! LOVE this transformation!
WOW!
Stunning! Bravo!
Amazing! Only thing I would add is on the sofa table in front of the elevator, I'd but a glorious golden deco sculpture Or a large piece of Lalique glass to bring the glass into the front room!
Absolutely gorgeous!!!
What a transformation!
Wow!
Stunning!
Really fab!!!!
It is Beautiful, but if going to have all the events in those rooms, how will fabrics and furniture hold up to wear and tear ?
WOW
When was this design done? It is beautiful.
BTW if you can't find metal perhaps carved wood can be painted a metal finish and nobody would know the difference.
The stripes on the walls look nice, but the new flooring looks bland and cheap.
Brilliant
LOVE LOVE LOVE the result, wow! This is something to aim for in my own home. But Sarah, stop showing the end result at the beginning of your videos, it completely spoils the overall surprise! 😒
Love everything but the “Rooms to Go” looking upholstered furniture in that space….(Although in an apartement it would be darling).
I would have nixed the clear plastic chairs. It makes the room look cheap. There are so many great Modern dining chairs. I feel that not selecting one was a missed opportunity.

Ooooooooooooo
HATE hate HATE those ghost chairs where ever they end up..and Sarah uses them all too often. Just not attractive EVER. The other HUGE fail was losing that fabulous floor. Carpet squares--REALLY?!?!? ish So ironic and SPOT on that the favorite pieces in the rooms is the one thing that is historic!! Love the credenza. Soo this is way old, saw it when it was first broadcast...how did it hold up? Bet there have been changes. Hopefully the floor is back.

I loved the chairs because you were able to see the fabulous table bases through them.
15:50 🤨 Tommy's comment was rude and unnecessary.

Some very lovely, beautiful elements in this transformation, certainly. But the over all impression of the finished rooms, is bland, uninteresting, slightly cold glamour.
