So sorry you are in that much pain, I no exactly what you mean about how things change when you can't do the things you love. I am currently on the waiting list for some mental health treatment due to living in constant pain and the stress of being unable to do stuff I took for granted. Its so hard. Just catching up after a rough week my aunt went on holiday to Fort William wit her husband and unfortunately during the Tuesday night last week she fell out of bed and hit her head. This brought on either a stroke or heart attack and would not have known or felt a thing. My front garden wall is falling down so had to tidy up the garden and trim a bush so there was room and unfortunately aggravated my war wound so know your pain. I am sorry you are struggling with your health. It really is all consuming when our bodies betray us. I hope you are able to get some relief through your appointments here soon. Even as a nurse here in the US, now that I am in need of care for things it has been a challenge getting things sorted. The system just is not designed around patients unfortunately. Oh no! I am so sad you are suffering with so much pain, with everything my lovely. I had classic horrendous migraine from age 16 to about age 50. And one day I felt like I burst a blood vessle in my head (straining to do something lol) and after that I've not had more than a sicky headache since. Weird I know!! It is awful when you can't do something you love too. I started my youtube doing nails two years ago and had to drop to doing just a few videos for the pr work for about a year because I got an allergy that ripped all the skin off my entire finger ends. Anyway, I found an amazing barrier cream so I've been able to start again with the videos and just not do my own as yet. I hope you feel so much better soon love. The giveaway is amazing!!! I hope you get things worked out, I had to cut back a little bit too. I had shoulder surgery (torn bicep tendon, bone spurs and frayed rotaor cuff). Recovery is long and drawn out, (ugh!) but it is getting better 😌. Good luck with your back/neck/hands/migraines, pain sucks! Oh...you wore blue gloves and (is tea the same as supper?) had tacos 🌮.

So sorry you're going through all the annoying health stuff! I know a little of what you're experiencing with your hands and back: I've been dealing with rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia for almost 20 years now and just recently had to make the difficult decision to retire from doing nails on clients. 😢 I also suffer from migraines, but finally took a leap of faith last year and had my daith and tragus pierced on my right ear. I did my research and found a piercer who knew how to hit the proper pressure points and I've gone from having 3-4 migraines a week to about 6 migraines total over the past 11 months. It doesn't work for everyone, but it's thankfully worked for me! I'm in the US so no giveaway entry, but good luck to those of you who are able! It's a lot of great stuff and very generous of you, Sarah!
