Give your car "STANCE" - This is Probably a BAD IDEA - Camaro ZL1 Wheel Spacers
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
There's NO SUCH THING as too much CARBON FIBER...right?
Should we upgrade to the ZL1 1LE wheels? Stick with the stock ZL1 with wider tires? go custom spec? Let me know!

I just went with some Eibach lowering springs on my 21. Absolutely no body roll now and looks amazing. Also you can fit 315 in the back try the r888r’s the grip is insane.

Thanks for the info!
Love the car build so far and either ZL1 wheels or 1LE are great (I bought 1LE for mine). I would never compromise safety for 3-5mm wider stance and the extra stress you are putting on the wheels and suspension, just don't use spacers! Gas cap is good, I am also thinking of doing the same (I have the Riverside Blue body colour with all black accents).
Good Job Lonestar 👏 👍 looks good. I'm looking forward to seeing that new grill!!!
Aftermarket rims, black ZL1 badges. This is a awesome car! I wish I could afford something like this for my channel build. Keep up the great work 🤙
Your living the dream. Happy to see your videos.

I appreciate it! Aloha
I like the gas cap looks the part
Through some 2 inch spacers on my new Z71 Tahoe, no regrets 😈 stance looks like it came out of factory that way 💯
Not a fan of the gas cap, I like the stock wheels.
I love your build. I can’t wait to own my own ZL1 so soon
Weapon X makes Hub Centric spacers. I went their 15mm all around on my V. Changed the whole look of the car.

Thanks!
I’d go aftermarket wheels. A lot of options for some seriously good looking stuff out there. And can make it look different from the other 2 stock options
I'm not a fan of the cap either but as long as you like it, that's all that matters. You mentioned about having too much black on the car but u want to do black ZL1 stickers? You also mentioned about making your car yours, unique so with that said, i wouldn't go w/a stock wheel and go w/aftermarket wheels. And most important, you should lower the ZL1, the wheel well gap is throwing off the stance. I can't remember if you talked about lowering it but it's a must. Looking fwd to this build!
I think the aftermarket wheels with the wider tires would look really sick
Dude. This is awesome. Reminds me of the exorcist camero a little bit….
Hey there - nice video like the wheel spacers. On my 2017 Z06 I went with 6mm spacers on all 4 corners and I lowered it 3/4 of an inch. Looks great in my opinion.

Right on!
I don't care alot for the gas caps either, 1LE wheels all the way.
Safety first no spacers ! Spec the car with the proper wheel.
The ones u have look great
My stock wheels has R888R’s with the rear having 315. The steering wheel gets stiffer than normal & the grip, of course. Currently I’m running on MRR M755 black wheels with M. Pilot Sports 4S. Decided to go taller to fill gap didn’t want to modify the suspension. Front 285/35r20 & rear 305/35r20. Looks amazing. This setup am using 5mm & 3mm for the rear. I’m looking into getting 315/35 Nitto’s for the rear. Take your time

Thanks for the info!
Don’t go with black ZL1, look for something different, if you don’t mind go all red. If you can find one go all out and get a gun metal finish and red 💯
Probably need coil overs to really snug the fender🤙
I like the gas cap ! Screw the haters.
Keep checking wheel torque...... Very important when running spacers. Plus , here is a helpful hint for track rats Most tracks will not allow wheel spacers When Passing through Tec inspection . Just an FYI.
Who you foolin!? You're gonna get the 1LEs. 😉
Not a fan of the gas cap, it just looks really bulky. I’d go with 1LE wheels.
Keep in mind if you push the wheels out, you'll get more tar sling, road grime and paint chips.
I vote for getting the stock 1LE wheels
I got 2021 just like the one on my profile pic And. I really like putting spacer what’s your recommendation or advice for me for the size or the kind that I need to use Thank you
Keep the stock rims and just go with bigger tires, they will really fill up the whole fender! I went with stock rims in PVD Black Chrome and they look amazing! You can never have enough carbon fiber!

Never. Enough. Carbon fiber.
You really keep an eye on that MPG gauge :D lol.
I have 2018 zl1 1le and I would do something different. My whole car is black but I’ll probably do bronze wheels
Aftermarket rims 👌🏽
Not feeling the fuel door, but defiantly stick with the stock Zl1 wheels.
Yes change out the zL1 bag
I agree the gas cap look out of place
Love the car but from us truck guys don't forget about the OG
The 🚗 is dope.
I’m sure they make a carbon fiber ZL1 badge. Just an idea
Aftermarket!
You should’ve removed the 2 bolts behind your brake pad,the 34mm and then you can pull the front strut outwards a little to help. The bolt has like 5 mm of play

The top one is the one that moves and you need to put the nuts on the end and hammer the top bolt partly out
Keep the ZL1 wheels. Gas cap is a no for me. I like the clean look of the stock one. I don’t like that it sticks out.
How did the wheel spacers with stock studs hold up? Thinking about buying the same set up.
@LonestarHawaiian

Held up just fine for the few months I ran them. 🤙🏽
Random question; I haven't seen the previous few videos of it was already answered, but did the Quick Jack kinda fail due to user error or manufacturer defect? Pretty important to report to Quick Jack if it was a defect :0
@LonestarHawaiian

You can check out the previous video for the full explanation. QuckJack lift works perfect, the rubber blocks they provide begin to deform/flex when you have a vehicle up on them for a few hours.
I currently have stock 20" 305 tires on my 2017 ZL1. Would 315's or even 325" tires fit on the stock wheels with no clearance issues?
Can we get a video of spacers on the trail boss?
Aftermarket wheels or 1le
Wheel spacers are not a good idea at all, they add load to the axle and extra load to the power steering. Plus way too little threads holding the front lug nuts for a performance car.
Foose wheels!

If only I could afford a set of those... that dude is my hero.
I would not go with wheel spacers. Bad things don’t happen often when spacers are used, but when they do it’s bad news.
where's the light-up rims in the thumbnail or was that just click-bait ?

what he needs is another garage built... but his HOA will prob say no way. That is why HOA's suck.
No spacers please!🤙
Remove the gas cap and throw on 1le wheels
Dude! What do you do for a living to afford all those vehicles and mods! Just jealous. 😆 And that jack...wow. The wheels...? I don't think spacers made a whole lot of difference. Also. I'm confused. Are you in Hawaii or Texas?
@LonestarHawaiian

Moved to Texas about 2 years ago. Started the channel back home in HI, so older videos are based there. The KZread channel (your views and support) actually funds everything I do on the vehicles. I don't make any profit from the channel, but reinvest every penny that is made from it back into the videos. Hope you enjoy!

Good thought!
So are you just done with the OG?
gas cap is more plastic looking than CF. I dont care if you look behind it and see more CF, it is what we see from the front of it and it looks like cheap plastic crap to me. Also, keep factory wheels add wider tires, which will give you some sidewall bulge... which can help prevent scraping the wheels against the curb.
Go aftermarket!

As much as I can.
I usually like your taste in mods but I have to say it....that gas cap doesn't fit in my opinion. It looks like it's straight from AutoZone and reminds me of an overdone V6. The car is turning out nice though
@LonestarHawaiian

Lol! This seems like a common theme in the comments... not a lot of love for my eBay gas cap 🤔
Don't put spacers on that car. Get some HRE Flow Form wheels and don't take the shortcut route of wheel spacers.
Just black out the Z or the 1
needs to be lowerd
I would remove all chrome and replace with black.
Stock wheels!

and yes, black ZL1 badges
Wheel spacers are never a good idea 😬. Don't like the gas cap replacement, takes away from the sleek stock and stands out too much. Looks really rugid like it belongs on a truck.
Not a fan of the gas cap, Make your car really stand out with aftermarket wheels and lower it just a bit.
1LE wheels look better
Cap is tacky.
