The very reason most of the people are in Jamaica is because "your people" sold your ancestors into slavery and the Caribbean Islands were the only safe place for the British to put those freed slaves. There are over 10 million slaves in Africa today just 80 years after the British almost wiped out that foul trade. None of those people were enslaved by Europeans. Are you excited about that?

So which of the African leaders and politicians is going to be in charge of the United Africa treasury (who will feed at the trough first), or be in charge of pan-african military force. I live near to the emergency/tactical response force ie Helicopers in South Africa.....which is supposed to have 30+ helicoptors ready to respond......they have 2 that are servicable but normally do not have the fuel to fly them. Recent parlimentary response from the SADF was that less than 40% of the guns for the troops were actually servicable, and that the number of live ammo per serviceable weapon is less than 5 rounds per item. The recent naval war games with Russia, South Africa could only provide 1 ship that was serviceable enough to actually take part. However if you look at the supposed spending on the military it should be enough to actually to support the SADF, apart from the fact that the SADF has failed to provide their audited accounts to the parliment for over 5 years. Once the educated few who run the African states lose power and universal education is africa wide and parties that give a toss about the people rather than their own pockets and their cadre, the real Africans will not rise.......just countries run by educated criminals.

I live in a Southeast Asian country. Many local people here say; "Being a sick dog in a Buddhist temple is better than being a slave of the French.". This, in a political sense, generally means that most countries colonised by the French were very badly treated and, as a result, often become economically poor. This is why most countries in Southeast Asian countries and Asia as a whole don't really like to seriously or practically cooperate with France becoz they are not really useful in many circumstances, especially for developing and poor nations.
