Give Me an Answer - Student Says, "The CIA Proved That God Exists."

Ойын-сауық

Program 2223 ................... - Existence of God - Omniscience - Wealth ..............
Recorded at The University of South Carolina - April 2023
The "Give Me An Answer" ministry began as an outgrowth of the dialogues Cliffe Knechtle has had with students on various university campuses throughout the United States. These universities include the University of Maine, Harvard, MIT, University of Florida, University of Texas, University of Wisconsin, University of Minnesota, University of California Los Angeles, University of California San Diego, Berkeley, Stanford, University of Hawaii and the University of Washington. Cliffe spoke on these campuses in front of the Student Union or Library at noon for five to ten minutes. At the close of his initial remarks, he'd open up the time for questions and answers, which usually turned into a two to four hour dialogue with students. His crowd size ranged from 25 - 500 students at a time, and between classes, new students would join the discussion. This is an extremely effective way to reach a large number of university students with the Gospel of Christ.

    I have to admit there was a time when I thought like that. Deep down, I think I knew it was a foolish idea, but solipsism is dangerously attractive. Sadly, it's also very narcissistic - the most tragic kind of narcissism, too, like a dog perpetually chasing its tale. It's actually good Cliff showed the man enough respect to tell him when he was being ignorant. That's what it takes to snap someone out of that kind of mental stronghold or stupor.

    I know! Thing is, his concept works in a vacuum on its basic terms. what his idea fails to address however is the claims of Jesus. Ig Jesus is a historic figure and he made claims about himself, then gave those claims credibility by performing miracles that many people witnessed and built a following because of them, then the god Jesus spoke of cannot possibly the god other religions represent. They may be similar, but none will have the pure, unchanged claims of Jesus.now at this point what you do is debate how accurate these claims are and thats a whole other topic, but the claims of “all gods are the same god” is not well thought out.

    The irony is that people want proof of Him before they believe, but that proof comes from knowing Him as a person. Unless your heart is open to it, you will not want to seek it. They will however clearly call bias. It really ends up being a choice in the end, and once you choose Him, he reveals himself to you or hides from you if you choose the opposite. Thats the main issue. You cannot know proof of things outside the material. The need of scientific proof is doomed to fail from the start.

Especially since I was born a kingdom kid, I never questioned the existence of God growing up but seeing other people question it and you being able to answer all their questions clearly and logically has enabled me to be more confident in sharing my faith and reaching out to other people as I have an idea in mind of what to say 1 Peter 3:15 NIV “But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. I feel for that first kid.. I know myself what it's like to get so caught up in some really head-in-the-clouds ways of thinking and I appreciate how Cliffe is able to ground conversations and stress reality and sanity in the face of lofty metaphysical ideas run amok. that's the problem, it's so easy in our arrogance (especially in our youth) to think we've cracked some kind of secret in the fabric of the universe because we had a mind-altering experience with some drug and have been researching stuff like meditation/remote viewing on the internet. the thing is that the guy had obviously done a lot of research into something that really happened (project gateway) and was passionate about it. it's a mistake to dismiss it all as nonsense and a joke.. it's really not. whether it's a govt sanctioned program or not, opening your mind to the spirit realm and trying to access power and knowledge in that way is dangerous and only leads to harm and insanity.. it's basically witchcraft in the biblical sense and God tells us to stay away from it for a good reason. Thankfully all of the TRUE treasures of wisdom and knowledge are found in Jesus Christ, who offers them freely and openly

    Well said. Think most younger people and people in their mid-20s should give this a good read, speaking from an upper-20s guy who has seen the pitfalls of this mindset in other older people when I was a bit younger and also a lesser version of it in myself more recently. This tends to happen once you get a sense of the real world. Working full-time for a long period of time and starting to get a better sense of the world can really start to weigh on you and make you lose your footing at times. Especially if you have had to struggle through very uncertain, stressful times without a good support system to fall back on. It's been a tough few years for most. And you start to realize your future is all on you. It's easy to get lost in the madness and try to make sense of everything. You will never find an answer in the chaos, it'll just leave you spinning in circles trying to find the end, which there is no end of. Time really is a flat circle, everything that has happened will happen again, and again. At least that's what I'm inclined to believe at this point. And just like time, God is eternal. I've been on a faith journey recently and I'm starting to believe the only way out of the palpable chaos most people can feel is to live under God's will and Jesus' teachings. Love is the only way.

    @@sevenbridges24 If your compass is pointed toward Jesus, (the REAL Jesus) you can't go wrong. I know what it's like also to feel history repeating or caught in cycles but just know that our God is the God of miracles. NOTHING is too hard or impossible for God.. He's the God above all gods. Everything is under his sovereign hand, and He has a flair I've found for working elegantly and often dramatically amidst the chaos. There's far more power in prayer than people understand.. I reached a really low point not long ago and went to God in prayer but with more reverence and humility ..and trust than in my past, and the ways that He's shown himself and worked in my life since then have been extraordinary. Never stop praying! He is faithful, even when we are faithless. He will guide you out of the chaos if you keep trusting in Him. I'll pray for you too

  • @Adam_A_Christian

    @Adam_A_Christian

    @sevenbridges24 I've been there too, man. First step, I'd say is to really make Jesus your Lord and Saviour. There really is nothing better to put your trust in, believe me I looked high and low and only wound up desperate for answers, until I found him. It's not complicated, you can say a simple prayer. Ask him to reveal himself to you tangibly in your life. Ask him to be Lord over your life to forgive you and guide you through this life to the next. He is the only one who can do that. That's what the atonement was for. It literally means to be reconciled, made at-one with God through the price Jesus paid for your sins. If you want to be forgiven and know your salvation is secured, from an earnest, humbleness of heart ask him to. And ask him to help you to follow him and he will send you "the helper", the Holy Spirit as he's promised to all who believe. It really changes everything, gives life new meaning, a new dimension of love and peace, joy and understanding, even through hard times. God bless you. Keep seeking Jesus. Read the word whether you can. Know that-He will never let you down. I can testify to that.☝️ He's never more than a prayer away. 🙏

    @@diabreaodiohenderson7641Christians do not believe that Jesus was CREATED at the time of His birth. We believe that He is God, eternal, and that he chose to become incarnate, taking on human flesh to live a perfect sinless life and then to die, taking the punishment of our sins that we deserve on Himself. He then was resurrected, defeating the power of death and the grave, which is the punishment that we were given for our original sin. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it […] 14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” These passages are in the first chapter of John. Perhaps the biggest difference between his stance on it and mine at that age is when I figured out that no one could prove anything absolutely, I had to chuckle and know that there simply had to be a very big sense of humor behind it all. And from long , close, careful observation one can totally see that nature has no sense of humor. Only a personality does. This made me smile and reminisce on all the philosophical arguments and debates that I'd have with myself and God when I was young. This page have the explanation, why the author believes that to be God. BUT: I am not saying I believe that to be true though, but the author of the CIA document believes it to be true. The document is freely available on CIA's website, and have been since either 2001 or 2003. People just do not know about it somehow: www.cia.gov/readingroom/docs/CIA-RDP96-00788R001700210016-5.pdf I can recommend the meditation the audioclips (The Gateway Experience audio files you use for the meditation) for relaxation purposes. EDIT: It is not done through REM sleep, as Stuart mentions. It is done by playing 2 different sounds in each ear with different hertz. This will make your brain try to find a "middle sounds", basically saying 114 hz - 100 hz = 4 hz is what your brain is left with, when trying to balance the hertz in your brain. When this is done, it creates some sort of synchonization between your left and right brain, that creates this kind of euphoria / relaxation. Kind regards, A fellow Christian, who once also was a freethinker.

    I love this guy! It’s so difficult to have honest respectful discussions about religion, spirituality, God and Jesus these days. Almost no one else has any answers, or questions, since COVID. Even at the churches that guided me before the pandemic, I can’t seem to find helpful preaching anymore. Cliff is one of the very few things I find when I seek these days. It’s like water in a desert.

    This is what I came up with in regards to the “If I Don’t See It, It Doesn’t Exist” argument: Sir, if I were to blindfold you & tell you to walk toward that tree would you bump into it? Yes, you would because even though you can’t see it doesn’t mean it isn’t real or doesn’t exist, same with blind people, do we see them walk through walls just because their blind? No, Because even though they can’t see anything the world around them still exists.

    I'd LOVE to have opportunity one time to be present and possibly speak briefly with you at one of these type settings!! Your way of thinking through all these issues is superb and very respectful. I'm not saying hy any means you handle weakly some of the science based arguments for God, but so many these students want to use evolution as creation with no creator.... Point being: I've a MS in chemical engineering g w minors in biochemistry and polymer science, and I've worked R&D and prepared my collective education toward researching in pharmaceuticals. I see a large percent want to use "evolution is proven so we d9nt need god"....when it's not proven at all. I'd LLLLOOOOOVVVEEEE to be able to address them in dialogue by asking them how they think first life arose....which usually they have no idea though they "know" that it happened this way which is bad thinking. I know very well the chemistry of life and what it can and WONT DO, most general public havent been told truth of abiogenesis and how ridiculously impossible of an idea it is to think life arose on it's own. I love discussing these things because I know the chemistry and have studied abiogenesis and worked in R&D, and give the people the truth of it, and how overwhelming the scientific evidence is from the data that life COULD NOT HAVE just "happened" via random chemistry....chemistry doesnt work that way not counting breaking all the thermodynamic laws and where the information comes from etc etc.... Would there be any way sometime into the future Lords will were still breathing that something could be set up where I could join you one day at a campus and listen/interact with you that day in discussion, so if someone goes there to evo. Creation being "proven", i can show how the science of that actually shows how impossible it actually is, not supports the theory at all with details of the chemistry and why. Would you do something like this? I e watched these videos for years and itd be such an honor to be able to speak with you and just be there in person how you so near perfectly address these people exactly how they need on each individual's basis. Much respect to you brother for doing this....I'd love to be able to do a tiny part with you where it might offer someone something to think on that reveals truth to them about Jesus. Just one would make all the effort worth it. Someone please respond to me if this could he possible at some point down the road please. Thank you and god bless
