He was haggling, he's probably used to that sort of behaviour overseas. That's why he suggested a discount, then instalments, then having the car brought back. Years ago I used to occasionally do work for Chinese guys on their car electronics, and they always were haggling over prices even during the installation.

He hung in there longer than I would have. For the last few minutes before the cursing started, the guy was just talking in circles. Then the "...but you said you'd bring it back..." and I knew right then the guy was going to lose his cool. Jeff stayed calm way longer than I would have. Good job, Jeff!

That's not what he said.... 3 different times he said he didn't have it period. I've seen more than a dozen people telling him through literal tears that they have no money, then show up the next day with $300.

He's clearly entitled. He knew he wasn't supposed to park there. He tried the sob story. When that failed, his true colors came out.

Funny how insistent he was on an installment plan because there was just no way he could that much money. But yet somehow magically got the money. He 100 percent would not have paid any installments once he got his car.

I understand that it's cultural, but if they move here, they should realize quickly after a visit to a grocery store, Walmart, fast food, etc. in the USA that prices are set for goods and services and not negotiable. Do you fill your cart at the grocery store and then bargain at the checkout? This is no different. If you want the benefits of working in the USA - and I realize we need someone to do these jobs - then you need to adapt to our culture. Also, he was quite fluent in English when cussing out Jeff and making claims on things Jeff never told him like delivering his car.

As a foreigner, I agree completely. The earnest is on us to adapt to the country we reside in, it's just respectful. And this is the case for anyone regardless of, race, colour, gender, or anything else.

Jeff - I used to work for Social Services. We were told that if people were going to scream or cuss at us to warn them and if they continued to hang up. I only had to do it twice in 10 years. Please do not feel bad. You never said you would bring it back.

I did telephone triage as an RN for over 20 years. Same thing only my calls usually involved people wanting early narcotic prescriptions refills. It involved a lot of lies, bargaining and begging which turned to cussing and threats when they realized they weren't getting an early refill. I gave a warning and then terminated the call. Some called back apologetic. Other complained to management or the doctors, but we were all on the same page and presented a united front and if they continued their behavior they were quickly terminated from the practice.

I was a social worker in Western Kentucky. We were never allowed to hang up on anyone. Would’ve been nice. In fact I had a woman that threatened to kill me. Commonwealth Of Ky refused to allow our office to file trespass against her.

Right! I have seen so many horrible accidents involving wrecks where someone has had their feet on the dash and that will almost always result in broken hips and more often than not, alot more broken bones along with it. Feet and or legs out the window will almost always result in severed body parts. Don't ever hang something out a window or sunroof that you would like to keep....you would think common sense would tell you that but you'd be surprised at how often and how many people do these things.

For instance, last week in Atlanta, some idiot highjacked a county transit bus, drive from downtown Atlanta back north and wound up being stopped by the local SWAT TEAM, less than a mile from my house. 60 police in chase, 6 ambulances to tend to the hostages, and 2 fire trucks. Just 1 mile from my house is where they stopped him, and a mile away at my cross street there were 14 pd units on the traffic camera.

So at my job we have a poster board sign in bright lime green that reads the conveyor belt is broken and to push the items closer. No one has the sign.

I think that business should paint cross hatch markings on the pavement to protect the space. It does look like a perfect spot. Right size, line marking, other cars parked there, no sign immediately in front. I can understand why one would be confused about it. And, Jeff, I don’t know how you keep your cool most of the time. You have the patience of Job.

The cross hatch marks aren't a bad idea, but there was a sign posted in the video and a chain across and obvious loading dock.

The illegal parker was very short with you Jeff , New slogan for the illegal parks : You don`t have the cash , You don`t get the car !

Those open vehicles are so scary. As a local they are no joke when the proverbial s-t hits the fan.

I'm a big fan of our national parks (GSM is my favorite), and it's astonishing to see the number of folks who engage in risky behavior as if common sense is on vacation also. That first clip is the least of the things I've witnessed.

Stupidity never ceases to end....

I dig the intro, both Legends back to back! I felt sorry for the guy until he started the lip, he sounds like some of the guys 'Scammer Revolts' deals with... You made the Ford recovery look too easy! Great vid as usual, Y'all ROCK! On a side note, the longest minute of the day is 5:29 to 5:30! Seems like 3 minutes some days.

I do appreciate that he apologized and admitted he was wrong.
