I feel Wahab Riaz ruined the dynamics as well but in all honesty Babars Captaincy isn't working either ... Shaheen is equally liable to be dropped . If we see Shadab ( he's at his worst but will always be an option in T20s if he gets his form back ) . Shaheen on the other hand has made the Team dynamics doubly toxic , he plays for his records not the Team . Babar and Rizwan play for their records but have attempted to improve for the Team Win and we can see the process in their batting . Even if they don't work out for a year ... they are hardworking enough to push and make a comeback . I see Shaheens attitude as a major problem far more than anybody currently, he is only good as a bowler when in form ... his batting and especially fielding is crap !! And his useless attitude is worse than anything especially with his behavioural issues with Iftikhar and pushing out Muhammad Harris because he never liked him . He sees Naseem as major competion too and doesn't offer a lot of support to his bowling unit apart from buddy Rauf or Zaman Khan when he can get him in the Team . He's in the Team because of his old record and has a good dynamic with Harris Rauf due to Lahore Qaladars and is Shahid Afridis son in law . I find his staying in the Team far more dangerous than having Babar or Rizwan there . You need a less biased and more strict Selection Committee !! Any players that don't live up to their potential should be dropped but not forgotten , the coaching , medical and management should work on them and help make them an asset for the next year or 2 . Any ego clashes should be dealt with maximum fines no matter who the player .
