Gish WIP Game experiment

Hacking playsoft's great Galaga "ish" demo for the Atari 8-bit/5200 machines. This shows added stuff including 5 ship gameplay, double ship and extra ship bonuses, the status bar indicator for ships left, and the title Gish instead of a high score value which was never retained.
