There is no issue of child marriage. It depends how you define a child, weather based on actual real indicators as done by almost all of humanity throughout history or just a made up number of 18 years of age which makes no sense

They would rather have 11 years sleep around casually and do whatever the heck they feel like. Education sure but do you know what education is for Pakistan? Educated people who have “graduated” , most of them do not have education they have been indoctrinated.
