Same. I also find it funny that 4×400 was 100% black and 4×800 is 100% white.

how many laps was one 400??
400 is 1 lap around the track and 800 is 2 :) hope this helped

ohhh i think thsi track is a 200m track, so they run 4 laps per 800
8 laps approximately 2 miles
