It's a chimney. Ants run from smoke. After the first fire they'd grab all the eggs they could and relocate.

There are so many videos like that, it's boring, but yours makes it enjoyable because you don't kill animals to eat, that bullshit, I have no respect for that, thank you for not doing that.
