There was also a man that had the same feeling, but I forgot the name and it was hilarious because she died and that being the body one of the protagonist we supposed to get all the mail the following for the villainess, and the world is actively doing whatever I can to try and put her back on the path of trying to date one of the bachelors even though she’s continuously going fuck you I want to date the villain and the game just keeps glitching out with everybody’s memory in order to make sure that she ends up with a man. Given that she is both japanese and an office worker probably means that she was treated way worse when she was still working her job. A bit of pushing around by a mean highschool girl in a high society school, is probably like heaven compared to what most japanese office worker have to endure on a day by day basis. it realy is surprisingly great. looked more like a joke anime first (with that constant "I like being bullied" trope) but it quickly came around with great characters and story. I realy hope they do continue this anime soon

let me give you some spoiler from the novel if you want to know lol... Irvine is the vice president of the Commoner Revolution movement, Claire's father is the biggest donor to their movement. He secretly support the commoners after his wife getting killed by one of their rival, he realized how corrupt the nobles are so he decide to revolutionize the country. He planned the whole revolution plan which actually would cause him and Claire to be executed because they're nobles and also symbols of the old government. He knows Claire would also get killed, but he think there is no way to prevent that from happening. The reason why he accept Rae as Claire's maid is because she offer another plan that wouldn''t make Claire get executed later. This is also the reason why she can speak freely to him later. His arrogant personality is just an act, he's actually pretty humble.
