Whether or not she had no right to slap him and she didn't want to hear his apology ,but now apologising for doing so only because she found out he saved her friend

Customers like this should be sued for slapping for a miniscule reason like this. She should have called the restaurant to try to find out the reason. I am sure this kind of delays don't happen with her order all the times. I am sure the delivery person has a right to file a complaint against misbehavior like this.

This concept of getting angry about a delayed delivery is, I feel, getting a bit overboard. These delivery guys have their own targets within their shift timings AND/OR incentives when they complete more than a certain no. of deliveries per day / week / month etc. So, it is in their own interest that they would be quick. To accuse them that they would be smoking when so many deliveries are pending is utterly nonsensical.... If the recipient is not in any hurry, he / she can safely assume that a "delayed" arrival of a consignment cannot mean anything other than 'traffic jam', ill-maintained company vehicle, bad road condition, or family situation forcing him to work when he is not healthy himself, or some unexpected development = at any rate, SOMEthing 'reasonable' / understandable / passable as "not the delivery guy's fault".. and not create a scene about the same, for it serves to feed his/her ego and serves no other purpose. In ANY case, slapping apparently a polite stranger and that too without listening to his side of the story is downright unacceptable.....

No one has right to slap anyone it's very wrong maybe that happens in India 😅 other wise good story

They intentionally delay your order, do not reach the correct location despite being instructed a thousand times and the worst part is that they shamelessly ask for extra cash. Kindly do not portray all delivery guys as honest and all customers as unethical 📌
