Fl is smart, witty & actually has character - she's a whole ass comedian stuck in short Cdrama lmao and whenever she fights & banters with the ML its like a tired dad having an unpredictable kid in a woman's body as his wife but he secretly adores her a lil too much - honestly FL carried the whole show that makes this a lot fun to watch compared to a lot of other similar short Cdramas

Really nice version of the plot. High quality production. I really enjoyed the leads performance and a satisfying ending....on to the next!!!

Interesting drama. Good storylines and attractive cast. Comfortable, loving and playful chemistry between the Ml and Fl. It is sad that jealousy and coveting what someone else has can make a person do despicable things affecting people's lives for years, like with the fake Murong Xu. It was an act of fate that Huo Yan and GuYing reunited after many years, married and both were not aware they had found the person they had been looking for since childhood. Glad all truths were revealed, and Huo Yan and Gu Ying could be happy knowing that they had found each other. Good acting and good ending.

I loved the story except the ending. If the ending is the masquerade “ball”, it makes no sense. Girl that tried to burn you alive, and the girl that took over your business, all in the same place smiling and laughing with you is unrealistic. Or, was the ending supposed to be like the credits, just showing all the main characters? The ending would’ve been better is the FL heard about the down fall of the ML company, and help him restore it, since she’s the one that sold the information to begin with. Working it together like he said, instead of running away. I really hate when C-dramas add in last minute changes and extra stuff and don’t play out the new plot they introduced. It’s really frustrating, it’s like they have to just add something from left field to add extra scenes or time. 🤨
