A small correction bro Ghee is purely made of fat either it may be made from a whole milk, all the protein and nutrients will be in the skim milk.

Do you boil the milk in order to collect malai for ghee. Because when I boil the milk from this farm, at home, very less malai gets accumulated on it. And the milk is also less thick compared to other farms a2 cow milk

Do they give ghee ?
I have ordered cow ghee from them and the colour of the ghee is pale and does not have much ghee flavour and also does not turn yellow even after heating. My mom has had cows in their house in her childhood and she says this is not how pure ghee looks or tastes. Not sure if this is pure ghee, feel like it's waste of money
