I remember my grandfather singing this song in the 80s and i still get the goose bumps. Now he is long gone and ever since then I have never heard anything like this.

Υπέροχος όπως πάντα. Δυστηχώς ξεχάσαμε οτι αξίζουμε τέτοια τραγούδια και τέτοιες ερμηνείες και ικανοποιούμαστε με τα σκουπίδια. I've found translation! I'm very impressed! What a beautiful song and what a great singer! He must have a beautiful heart to sing so beautifully! I do not know much about Greek culture, and coming from a somewhat nationalist Turkish family I probably have lots of prejudices but I must confess, this song impressed me a lot and changed my way of thinking about Greek culture! I've been striked by the power and beauty of Greek music and language! Hope for a better relationship with you guys ;)
