As a young boy TD Jakes was one of my favorite preachers until he came to my hometown of Pasadena, Ca. I was excited to hear he would be preaching at one of the largest churches we have here. When I told my mother and cousin we should go, they replied by saying "the tickets cost money". I didn't want to believe their words. As a child, I immediately thought how can someone charge people for church. It nearly broke my heart. I asked my mother, "But what if there was a homeless man with no money, would they tell him he couldn't come to church"? I couldn't picture Jesus doing such a thing, in fact I have never come across any preacher in the Bible charging people money to hear God's word. I have looked at TD Jakes much differently from that day forth. Father please forgive us all of sin, because we have all fallen short; but we are redeemed by your awesome and saving Grace.

There is only one unforgivable sin and that is lf you blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. It is in 3 books of the gospel. Matt.12:31-32, Mark 3:28-29, Luke 12:10. That is the only sin that you won't be forgiven of. It states it plainly.

The truth is, ONLY God knows, and He will deal with it in His timing. We don't know what that looks like. He looks at the heart. Humans love to point fingers and set others up by saying "I may do this, but at least I don't do that!" Wrong is wrong. The grace and mercy of Yahweh is beyond our finite understanding. But know, they are infinite in power and available to everyone, regardless of what we have or haven't done. There's nothing any of us can do to make Him love us any more than He does, and He won't love us any less. His heart may break, but He is forever a Good Father first. He will discipline, and He will restore. ❤️

GOD certainly is the judge, however; when people in leadership positions who represent GOD, preach on the very thing they’re doing themselves, it is called hypocrisy. The light is shined brighter on them than anyone who has done the same thing. If you go into the book of Matthew the 23rd chapter, you’ll find reference to how Jesus rebuked the Pharisees because of hypocrisy. He let them have it!! GOD is merciful, and his grace is sufficient to us. If Pastor TD Jakes did anything that’s not pleasing to his father, he can go humbly to the throne of grace, and submit his petition for forgiveness.

I wouldn't say that. Being a leader or a believer for that matter doesn't mean that you disassociate with everyone you know who isn't like you. I would hope you didn't stop attending family functions or kick all of your friends to the curb because you gave your life to Christ? Course, you could be a church baby. I know we roll differently. 😌 Nonetheless, the POTENTIAL problem (cz we don't know of it's even true) is that if he was there he didn't use wisdom. It's like being at a wedding reception. ALL of the saints know when to leave. Lol He should've used the same approach. When the atmosphere changed from nice and casual, he should've bounced. Regarding leading by example, I get your point but do congregants even look at leaders like that anymore? It doesn't seem like it sadly. 😕

But I’m of the belief if you’re a man or woman of God (whoever you worship) you have to exercise spiritual discernment. I don’t expect to put all faith in man because we all fall short. However, if you claim to be called to lead by Christ you should exhibit behavior that’s “Christ-like”. Not going to freak parties, or watching gay policemen shake their behinds🤔 Just like with Eddie Long, you can’t expect the congregation to stay behind you when you’re on the Devils playground. He can do whatever he wants, but he should expect people to question his integrity. When he said, “even if it is true, all I have to do is repent” that spoke volumes. Basically saying-sin all you like just ask for forgiveness then you’re good. If it works that way what’s the point 🤷🏾‍♂️ One more thing and this is not directed at you by any means but it seems like when a worldly man is accused of something worldly it’s so easy for people to believe everything said about him (Bill Cosby) just based on hearsay??But if it’s a person with a holy background everyone needs proof and validation.

Here are some examples; watching television, listening to the radio, even a child at play. If it was not in reference to God, it was considered a sin. Unless it was working. I was raised more like an isolationist. I know the Biblical texts extremely well that was all I was really allowed to read. Pastor Gino reminds me of a watered down version of my Dad. However my Dad didn’t preach. I think because of my sheltered upbringing I suppose I see just about everything is sinful behavior. I believe a lot of people are deceived. Accepting Christ is just the start but if you’re not living a life of obedience. You’re going to Hell. I don’t wanna in up in that camp

" I came to hear the Master say, "Well done, my good and faithful servant." Is this why he said he came to Sean Combs party with gladness? Is that why he came before his congregation with tears? I'm missing the context here. His words are from Yah'shuas, aka Jesus's, parable about the Kingdom of Heaven. There are different servants, given different talents. Sometimes those who stand as examples get it twisted when the ways of the world is used as an example. THE Lord or Master in that parable is a master of the world. A workdly master. Im not judging. But what I do know is true. Just because you are able to do a thing doesn't mean its going to be profitable. The "Master" also said "Thou wicked and slothful servant, ...." you know how I roll. And he ended up in outer darkness: where there is weeping, crying and pain, anguish, anger, aka, gnashing of teeth." Matt.25:30 In the end the unprofitable servant was cast into outer darkness: where there be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

I have never seen a clip online of Gino Jennings preaching a sermon about Jesus. He is always talking about people’s struggles and failures. What has Jesus done for your life. How has Jesus Christ changed you. Hate the sin but please love the sinner. Spreading gossip is not giving the good news about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Turn your eyes from sin and look at Jesus Christ for an abundant life. God bless.

We are supposed to avoid even the appearance of evil…..going to the parties of a known pervert who practices great evil definitely appears evil. God knows the truth & He will expose anything hidden in the dark. Good judgement would have said no to attending those parties. If there is partying and drunkenness, it is wise as a pastor to stay away from these gatherings. It is questionable that he would ever attended even one of these parties. If he is evangelizing this rapper, he can meet him with another person in leadership for counsel, but to attends a party:….no, that is a red flag. But no one in the body of Christ should rejoice in the sin of another. It is a very sad thing:…very sad because the Lord deserves much better. This is a win for the devil & no follower of Christ should rejoice in the victory of Satan.

It’s beginning to sound like Pastor Jennings is using other mistakes or shortcomings or Whatever we want to call them to get attention to act as if this is OK to mock and try to shame people where is the forgiveness? Where is the word of God in all of this, him strutting across the pulpit, calling Bishop Jakes out of his name(TD snakes) I find it appalling. As a rule I don’t speak against men called by God and I’m not speaking against Jennings now, but I am saying that it is not OK to behave like this. You have people that are following your lead. You have a leadership in the house of God and I think one has to ask themselves when put in these positions, call to these positions, anointed for these positions are they following the example of Christ or am I in it for ……..each one can fill in the blank! my heart is so broken to see such a public display of radical ridicule. It would’ve been better had he got on his telephone call Pastor Jakes and had a conversation. Privately..the word of God says in Matthew 18:15 - “If your brother sins, go and reprove him in private…” This implies the desirability of resolving the matter one on one do things decently and in order-in love with kindness. I saw no love with kindness in this mockery. pray for everyone involved the God will open the eyes of their hearts, and show the house to the house, and I pray that when we all look in the mirror the reflection we see is that of our Lord and savior. We have all sin and falling short of the glory of God.. everyone is capable and will make a mistake. Hence repentance I don’t condone ungodly behavior, but I am neither judge nor jury. There’s only one just and Righteous judge, and he reigns from heaven above. Lord, we repent. Please forgive us..

yea, he should have to pay back the tithes everyone paid since he abused it for his "skeletons in the closet" type activities
