I am SO glad you two understood that both of Ginny and Georgia's feelings were vaild in the therapy scene. The fandom always says things like Georgia's a narcissist or that Ginny's a brat, but neither are true. They've both been through a lot and they didn't understand each other its nice to see ppl get that ♡

Georgia feeling out of control when Gil shows up and then sitting down on the floor with the gun in her bedroom to ground herself.. Is not dissimilar to Ginny burning herself when she feels shattered and needs to weld herself back together again. It felt ritualistic, like she does this often.

Personally Season 2 Episode 9 (KillGil) is my favorite episode in the whole show so I can't wait for you guys to react to it😊

I blame Georgia for why Marcus started to feel like crap towards the end of season 2. If you notice in that one episode where Marcus was hiding in the closet and Georgia told him to come out so they could talk…..she told him that he was damaged. In the beginning of season 2, during the episode when they celebrated Max and Marcus’s birthday (more so Max’s birthday) Marcus tells Ginny that he thinks he’s damaged. Marcus didn’t think that on his own, Georgia put that in is head. Now yes Marcus had lost his best friend a year before Ginny came, but unless some traumatic stuff happened to him in between his best friend dying and Ginny moving there…..that doesn’t equal being “damaged.” Marcus was definitely going through something, but it wasn’t until Georgia put the words in his head that caused him to start rethinking those negatives about himself. I think Georgia saw how much Marcus and Ginny truly loved each other and she became jealous, because although Georgia started dating Zion at a young age…..her background wasn’t very good, and she never got to truly experience a real love match so seeing her teen daughter being with someone who makes her happy irked her. When Georgia talked to Marcus, she told him some stuff that she herself could’ve listened to and learned as a parent.

But what Marcus is feeling goes way beyond Georgia tho. Like I don’t want to spoil (for them) but they mention in later episodes that Marcus has gone through something like this before. I think it was Max who mentioned it. But I do think what Georgia said MAY have heightened it this time but she can’t be fully to blame. No one can. Marcus needs help, and it could have easily been anyone else that could have set Marcus off.

Ya know I feel for Georgia the most in this show, I found out last year the last family member I trusted (this will get ironic) was a narcissist, I’ve been in constant fight or flight mode because of the things she’s pulled. When someone is abusive, mentally or physical or worse both. Your mind constantly think you either need to fight or flight in Georgia’s case she does both to keep her and her family safe. She’s a bit excessive ya know with killing someone but I do understand why she is the way she is as an adult

I had NO IDEA about this until I read this comment and then immediately went to IMDB 😂 Nearly every time my spouse and I saw this actor (Aaron) on screen in Ginny & Georgia and also on Locke & Key, one of us would go "Hey look, it's Ice Man!" and the other would respond with "Hi, Ice Man!" But it's actually his twin brother (Shawn) who played Ice Man, so this entire time we should have been saying "Hey look, it's Ice Man's brother!" and I had no idea 😭😭😭 I feel so dumb right now 😅😅 Thank you for educating me! ❤🙏❤️

Although this show has cringe moments. Some parts are executed poorly, but if it's one thing they're good at is getting you to care for these characters.
