@@Ayzia176yeah his career is in jeopardy too. This is a guy who said he plans to run for governor of Massachusetts some day. He’s very pro gun control and Georgia brings not one but two illegal guns in their home which makes him look like a hypocrite. He and the public don’t know about the first two murders prior to Tom so how will his image look? He would’ve never married Georgia after her confessions but did so cause he does still have feelings for her even though he’s mad, but also cause he cares about her kids, especially to protect Austin from his abusive dad Gil. He will file for custody of Austin since he is legally Austin’s stepfather now. Gil will clearly fight for his son now that Georgia has been exposed for her crimes.

Her crime was SO unnecessary. That was so out of Georgia’s character- The writers seriously did it for the sake of plot for season 3, but it feels like they didn’t even try to be more creative about it. Georgia literally had NO point of killing Tom, she wouldn’t be that dumb to put herself in such danger, given that she already has a lot of dangerous backstories to be at risk of being exposed for. She’s always been very careful and very thoughtful of what she’s doing. Tom’s murder was such a dumb plot move. I kept on asking myself WHY would she do that. I tried to remember if there was a story behind her actions I forgot about, if there was something Tom was involved in back in season 1, but- killing just to end CYNTHIA’s pain? Is this for real?

I think it could've been a form of self sabotage. She knew the detective had nothing on her, she knew she was probably going to end up happily married to Paul. She feels like she doesnt deserve the happily ever after. (Debatable imo) But then again, i could be coping lmao

A few reasons why they did this Mostly to feed the plot of season 3 like you said. Not to mention it had to have a huge cliffhanger to keep people watching the show, otherwise some people would care less about the next season. I think it’s also to jeopardize the Paul and Georgia relationship, they’ll either break up, or he’ll get killed off, because joe and Georgia are pretty much endgame. It wasn’t how I expected it to end, I figured the detective was gonna die then have Ginny and Georgia cover it up, but after seeing the wedding go according to plan I already knew the ending wasn’t gonna be happy, we can somewhat blame Ginny for convincing her to stay in wellsbury, but we all can’t prevent what we can’t predict right?

Georgia deserved to get arrested I don’t care what Cynthia told her. Cynthia was in a emotional state just venting. Doesn’t mean you take away the love of her life and her son’s father. She should’ve just continued to support and comfort Cynthia. Georgia caused herself not to get a happy ending, because the PI was ready to give up and let the murder cases for the 2 ex husbands go until he learned that Tom suddenly died and Georgia was with him when it happened. No way this doesn’t get a season 3 when seasons 1 was in Netflix’s top 10 for weeks. I expect the same with season 2 and given the ending it’s quite clear a third season should happen.

Little Austin has been through so much 😢

There’s something that no one is mentioning. Yes, Georgia killed Tom as a twisted act of sympathy for Cynthia and her son. Tom was going to die regardless, and it is clear as day that Cynthia is needing to move on. She is missing out on new love (that sometimes can’t wait) and is outright suffering. No, this doesn’t justify Georgia playing god. People are still saying it doesn’t make sense why Georgia would do such a thing. It’s simple: Georgia has done so many messed up things, that she feels “what’s one more pain” for her to harbor if it can make someone’s life better. Should she have done it though? No, LOL.

I love really Georgia but she had to take responsibility for her actions some day. I'm just worried about Austin now. He's too pure. Who wouldn't get fucked up after all this shit at that age?

They could’ve at least arrested Georgia after the wedding instead of embarrassing her in the middle of her dance

Jesse’s investigation was basically over and then she smothers a man. I kinda laughed and was bummed because the wedding would’ve went smoothly and they would’ve dropped the other stuff but at the same time if they had a happy ending the show probably wouldn’t go on for another season.

If they wanted to use a “going to jail” story as the plot for S3, wouldnt it have made more sense if she was actually convicted of fraud rather than killing Tom… that made no sense… the main reason we love Georgia is cause she’ll do anything for her kids… Tom should’ve done something to her kids to justify him getting killed by her

I knew that this would happen eventually but still, Georgia just has everyone hooked the fans and even the characters trying to justify every dark thing she has done. If she did not crave to be this popular or rich I think she wouldn't have been caught like this. Still love her xter. Season 2 was way more interesting hope they don't bury season 3

And they will end up together eventually otherwise the makers wouldnt show their pasts to us and how they are so linked. Georgia's journey began when she got preg with Ginny and thats when she met Joe for the first time. So mayyy beee, they started off together and will end up together. And turns out even Joe's not so clean either, he has his dark side so may be ,they r perfect for eachother. So may be Joe is the guy who would end up knowing all the secrets of Georgia, even her murders and still be okay with her.

But Georgia was hella sloppy. All her other kills were creative and left no trail. Why did she even kill him? When did she and Cynthia become bosom buddies that she'd murder for her? It was completely unnecessary, unless of course Georgia has some latent serial killer tendencies and really couldn't help herself.

Okay, am I the only one who thinks this is not realy logical? I mean they arrested her for Tom murder but they couldn’t do it for others? The investigator wasn’t even there. Like Tom was already sick how would the investigator know she killed Tom. If she was there that doesn’t mean anything so Georgia shouldn’t be arrested for long🙂 ( my opinion) I am a huge fan of Ginny&Georgia!❤️

Yea but I’m pretty sure the PI found her fingerprints on the pillow and she even cried on it they basically had her DNA plus nick told Gabriel about Tom dying and how Georgia was there so he has more suspicion.. but hopefully in Season 3 Austin will get her out of this and lie for his mom .. hmm maybe frame Cynthia (she might of killed him maybe Georgia tried to kill him and he stopped breathing for a couple of secs but Cynthia finished the job .. maybe Cynthia framed her just to put her in jail.. who knows) .. but I’m curious if Austin does make it where Cynthia gets in Georgia place .. where will Joe be ? And what is Paul gonna think .. Is Gil coming back for revenge ??.. I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS LOL(sorry this was long)

Her killing Tom doesn't really make sense.... it's not her character though. The 2 men that she killed, one was an accident and 2nd was to protect her daughter. This one doesn't add up... she was trying to be good mom and to move forward with her life. She's not a serial killer... Idk just didn't make sense to have her do that.

I just knew that this was gonna happen bec it was about time and we didn't hear one word at the weeding just to fool us. But Paul married her I think so he would never habe to testify against her. Be honest with urself.. (now for toms murder yea I agree she shouldn’t have done it although was trying to help Cynthia so her and her son wouldn’t have to suffer anymore .. that wasn’t her choice to make now for that one I agree but it’s kinda stupid for writers to make her character get easily caught when she was able to cover up the last two murders but hey we might not have been getting a season 3 if she hadn’t of did that plus I really love this show so I wouldn’t want it to end)

Ngl I’m pretty sure they filmed all of season 3 their just holding onto until season 2 blows up more and until there ready to release it I feel like this should at least get to 5 seasons that’s a good number to end it on I meant I want like 10 but the way these writers are I don’t think they have that many ideas so they might make it short in my opinion tho

When she killed kenny (her husband in s1) it was a shock, but I understood, because I felt like she was capable of doing anything! to protect her kids and that she didn't want ginny to go through the same thing as her. She was a brave lioness and that was really admirable. But! when she killed Tom...??? For absolutely no reason AT ALL, I lost respect, completely! She is nothing but a murder.

@@kruczek9566 She and Cynthia weren't even friends. It wasn't up to her to decide whether or not Tom should continue in that situation. It's one thing for her to defend her children, it's another thing completely for her to believe she has the right to make a decision as serious as killing someone, even without thinking about the consequences that this could have for her children. It was none of her business and It is also not understandable. So yes, she deserves prison.

The part where Austin says "but I didn't tell anyone" being the most replayed part really speaks to how good of an actor he is.

It's crazy she got away with murdering two guys but was never even a suspect and then she pretty girls to help a new friend and that gets her caught

The show was in the top ten for weeks and thanks to Taylor Swift complaining about that line Ginny said about her. Season 2 is already #1 right now and the season ends on another cliff hanger like season 1. It seems to have a loyal fanbase as it’s constantly trending on Twitter so yes I believe so, unless Netflix wants to be dumb and lose more subscribers.

Ok, can they make that from the scene when she is killing Tom, is a dream? Otherwise, it doesn’t make sense. She knows the PI is shadowing her , she is marrying the Mayor, she wouldn’t destroy her life when finally it gets better. They should put a lot of effort in season 3 to explain all this mess.
