Ingredients for Ginger Lemon Squash: Ginger: 100 gms, Lemon: 500 gms and Sugar: 1 kg For Ginger Concentrate: Peel off Ginger and cut into small peices. Grind it in half cup of water. Filter the concentrate and grind the rest again using half cup water. Filter the remaining concentrate and set it away to rest (there will be a white powder-like resideue) For Sugar syrup: Boil the sugar in 2 cups of water until it melts into syrup form. Add the Ginger Contenrate (without wihite residue) to this boiling sugar syrup. Turn off the flame and let it cool down. Lemon juice should be added when the syrup is at room temperature. Once it cools down, squeeze out lemon juice from all the lemons. Stir and Mix it well to the Sugar and ginger syrup. Transfer it to a bottle (preferably Glass bottle). Since we have added no extra preservatives, always keep it refrigerated. Use small amounts as required and prepare your drinks. Thank you

What did you add in small quantity ( white powder) after adding ginger juice to the boiling sugar syrup? Is it sodium benzoate or some chemical preservative?

I haven't added any powder..Ijust reminded the viewers that you should add only filtered ginger juice the residue has to be discarded. please view the video once more and confirm.thanks for your support 🙏
