Well the Elan had longer legs but the G4 has BIGGER balls, great stuff.

Bit surprised to see the g4 hit the elan on the second lap videoed you could see from the first lap on video that the elan was braking a-lot earlier than the g4 as he nearly hits him,, a good driver should pre empt this , but circumstances on the day are always different to what we see and perhaps understand to be on videos..

thanks for the comment, unfortunately the elan was braking way too early and hard which caught me out early on. The elan driver should be able to carry far more speed into the corners. He admitted after the race that he was extremely suprised at the G4 corner speed. i did pass him cleanly a few times and crossed the line first.

@@shadmonk fair enough and respect your answer ,, i was perhaps being a bit of a bell end .. so i have reflected this in my comment (now revised) .. (BTW i know my way round a track or too :)) that is tricky corner and hounding him considering his early braking and off he had wasnt perhaps a great idea

Elan’s driver has poor technique... If a high school boy can full throttle on the straight also.
