Here is the first cocktail recipe video : the Gin Fizz ! An all-time classic that doesn't get enough recognition, it was the perfect cocktail to introduce for its simplicity, its taste, and it was also the very first cocktail I've ever sipped. 🍋👌 Hoping that you'll like this bubbly and aromatic tipple ! 🥂
GIN FIZZ
• 22.5 ml / 0.75 oz - Lemon juice
• 15 ml / 0.5 oz - Simple syrup
• 45 ml / 1.5 oz - London Dry Gin
• Shake 10 seconds, strain into a Collins/Highball glass
• Top with sparkling water
• Garnish with a lemon zest and serve with a straw
• And enjoy !
