Hi, welcome to a tutroial for beginners!!! I'm gonna show you how to use a very cool feature in GIMP - Paths Tool! It allows you to make, edit and adjust shapes before turning them into lines. It makes it very easy to draw even complex pictures!

Best explanation on GIMP's Path Tools compares to other junk videos.
Your're such a great tutor! You should've kept doing what you're doing especially now that we're on GIMP 2.10.
Quick, concise, easy to understand and user friendly. Thank you sir for your effort and work!
The best video on drawing shapes for beginners
Thoroughly enjoyed the tutorial, made a lot of things I was struggling with much clearer. Thank you!
Thanks, this was useful. Another thing I learned: _View->Snap to Grid_ makes it easier to draw straight, accurate lines and to snap the curve adjustments neatly.
So simple and useful...what I was looking for!

Thanks a bunch
Awesome video. I think you should do few videos on different tool first before doing videos on drawings. It would be really helpful.
thanks for this video !!!
When I used the bucket fill, half of the stroke width was also filled with green, please help.
How can we draw a circle using path tool?
For getting rid of a path I don't seem to have that tiny trash can in the bottom corner. What am I doing wrong?
How do you change the color and thickness of the line??
Cool ! ;)
@3:52 you have a path that isn't enclosed, which is what I want to do. Instead of stroking it, you just deleted it. How do you actually apply this to be a real path, so that you can stroke it when it's not enclosed?
