Yes, she lived in England from 2 to 11 and after that she and her family spent every summer in England.

@evTom14 she was born in the us grew up in london, moved back to the states and she now lives in london. so it would be easy to slip back into either.

You forgot to mention, That when they moved back to US when sh was 12. They still kept the place in London and went back every summer without fail till Gillian moved back perm in 2002

ooh fuck I hate when people cut pieces out of interviews, like the clips here...

You know what seems strange to me? I know that Gillian has an accent in Britain, and I'm used to hearing her use it...however, I'm not used to hearing her use it with David. It's incredibly strange to hear her speaking in a British accent with David...so weird! I bet David thinks it's sexy...or I hope so, anyway.

Is this really a British accent? I've seen other clips of her where she sounds very British, but to me this sounds more "midAtlantic".

Richard is the worst interviewer ever! Always speaking over his guests. Thank god he is off the air.
