In this video we are baking most delicious meat stuffed pie bread called chapshoro a traditional and old food of Giligit Baltistani Hunza village . This is a meat stuffed baked bread pie in clay pots inside a mud stove . Normally this meat stuffed bread pie is baked on tawa in commonly in villages but in this video you all will watch how we are baking these chapshoro in clay pot inside a mud stove . this process of baking chapshoro makes them well cooked inside and out creates an amazing crust and juiciness inside. this recipe makes these meat chapshoro bread more delicious and full of flavours . We as a villager family often enjoy these meat stuffed bread in luch or breakfast with some raitas and chutneys. In this video we are making eggplant raita to eat with . Roasted Eggplant raita is best option as well as chutneys.
