Probably Gilberts finest ever Studio only tracks. I always wished Gilbert would release this as a single instead of Ooh Baby! If you never bought the album Im A Writer....you would have missed out on this Gospel inflected gem!

I played this on piano at my mamas funeral in 2017. Such a haunting insoiring passionate song.

The first time I heard this song was on your former YT channel. I fell in love with it instantly. It's a sweet and uplifting tribute to genuine, everlasting friendships.

So strange, yesterday i typed gilbert o'sullivan where peaceful waters flow in the search box and your video never showed up...maybe i just didn't see it.

How if wish Gordon Mills would pick Where Peaceful Waters Flow as the second single from Im A Writer. Ooh Baby was chosen instead and didn't exactly burn up the charts. A Friend Of Mine was another contender.
