This was a song my friend really liked, his name was DeMarco Bradford and he was one of the funniest, most compassionate, kind, and caring people I’d ever met in my entire life. On April 22nd of this year 2024, he was shot in the head and killed over something which he had no involvement in. Taken by someone he had done nothing wrong to. I wish I had talked with him more and spent more time hanging out with him because he was a really great and amazing guy. His passing affected people who barely even knew him or who didn’t know him at all but still heard of his situation. He was 16 and would’ve turned 17 years old on the 1st of May. It is a devastating shame that he was taken so early in his life. All he ever showed was love and warmth towards others. The person he was still inspires myself along with all those who hear his story. Thank you for this song, I believe it was one of his favorites at some point or another. Soar high and beyond the stars DeMarco🕊️🙏 and you will be missed dearly by us down here on planet Earth💫. You deserve better than this❤️

This song is like lying in bed staring at the cracks in your wall, wishing you could slip away, wishing anything-anything at all would take you away. Away from all the filth, all the emotions so vivid and overwhelming they numb and corrode every inch of you, all the regrets and tears.

I had a pretty bad melt down recently and I just laid in my room and listened to this on repeat. It’s so peaceful but it feels like when you can’t communicate your feelings. It feels like when someone you love is trying to help you but you just can’t open up and let them help.

This brings me sad moments and the sensation of life after death. So powerfull and what music inspires.

this reminds me of my cat angel that ran away.... she’s been gone since may, we think someone got her nobody’s reached out or anything. i haven’t even went in the room we used to sleep in because it reminds me of her so much. she was such a diva, i remember this one time i was going to sleep on the phone with my friend and we had to wait to go to sleep so my cat angel would finally come sleep with us just for her to take a drink or go to the bathroom and then leave the room. she was the best cat i’ve ever had. she’s almost one. it was the day my mom was bringing me to school on a monday, and she usually hides and then i get a call from my mom that she can’t find angel. i heard it was my moms friend because he let his friends in the house so she might have gotten out. sometimes i feel like she’s just hiding but even when i shake the food she doesn’t come anymore.... i just wish i never went to school that day and stayed at home. i miss her so much. sometimes i distract myself that she’s gone. but i just miss her so much. she was the best cat and helped me get over my fear of cats.

FINALLY AFTER A YEAR I FOUND THIS SONG

i feel like they would use this in a really sad movie, where a teenager sneaks out of the house at 3 am and walks to the bridge, once they get to the bridge, there is a split scene where the parents are looking for their child, the child jumps off the bridge and everything goes pitch black, with an ending scene of the family crying in their funeral.

Spotify just played this song for me in my suggested listening, and I had to do a double take. I've known this song a while ago, but I heard it from a really obscure (kind of Christian) artist by the name of Uriah Ari way back in like 2011 or early 2012... the track is called "Moon Woman" off of his album called "The Stars and Their Places" In fact, that's what I thought was starting to play, and I'm like "Jeez, that's an obscure one from another life!", but then it kept playing, and it's not the same, so I had to look it up. it still sounds so thick and nostalgic. It's hitting me in two different ways now, now stumbling upon this 🙃
